I did that, Drops, but I couldn't leave this view, the questions were always popping up again... then I clicked at the word below and wooooops... this hysteric woman popped also up again and I was at the beginning again...

ok, I think the thing from the stairwell is a bag with perhaps drugs in it. Every time you get the angry lady, you have restarted
