That's very frustrating...

pdgph, in the storage room upstairs check the trolley with the towels to the left. The bulb is there without showing a hotspot. You have to look closely.

Hmmm... I've turned off ad-blocker, I've allowed all scripts. I've sat through the auto-play commercial 5 times, and I cannot get a start button. I'm on Firefox. Is it just me? Never had this problem before.
