Stuck with a blue key, a treasure map and a 3 digit number clue (I think tried making a 4 digit, but that didn't work)

Tried so many combinations for color code, but can't seem to find the right one.
have blue and silver key and can find no more puzzles

Flamenco eyes clue to box for gold key. Banana to monkey for map, dig under star.

light the candle, see the shapes, count the sides, combo to box in same room. Get orange gem, give it to annoying bartender, get drink and give it to alcoholic receptionist.

The kitchen is the door with "employees only" written on it, in the scene with the large table.
I still can't find the last shell (I've already dug in the sand for one of them).
i think 1 shell is in staring scene ..one after giving purse to girl & other one is from digging
@ pdgh its in scene with monkey ...in the sand near ladder ...
SHELLS
(use shovel from behind sand castle)
1) a bit visible in sand under life saver house
2) from sand under yellow star (hint: treasure map from monkey)
3) from lady at dining table (give her hand bag)
Finally, I've got my last shell : it was simply in the second scene, in the sand !
