Problem with the levers: 2 and 3 should be in the in-between position, and i have only up and down.
How do you get them in the middle position?

Yes, it had vanished. Had to restart and find them all again. Place them mega-carefully I guess.

Jef - if they're listed on the bit of paper, put them up and if they're not, keep them down. That's all you need to do.

Blue and green keys come from the safe once you've entered all the numbers.

I think the safe gives you the key for the red safe and that gives you the key for the blue one and so on.

Thanks smarties, but the red safe only gave me a gold piece, no other keys. Maybe a bug?

Oh...I just noticed there is a blue key in my inventory!!! (The inventory is blue, so I didn't notice it!!
