For 3-digit code : put numbers and letters in correct order and read the 3 numbers

I'm completely lost here. I haven't found any paper clues and all the clocks look the same shape with the same time. Can anyone who found it easy please enlighten me?
Oh, I think we have to note which floor level had which letters and then put them in order - trying that now.
I see - the first 6 levels all make up the 3 number clue for the code by the locked door. Then there's another set of rooms on more floors. I get it now.
nice game...quite unusual...not as hard to bang your head and not as easy as to cut a pie...I always love them
I can spell some numbers from some of the letters, but I don't know how to work them out with the actual digits we're given.
first level is write down the letters according to the numbers, eg. FO in 1, UR in 2...

Thanks, @sam1902. I didn't understand that the digits were the order to write the letters until you gave the example! Easy after you know what to do!!!
third level perplexed me...look at the clocks for time and their shapes...and 1030 and 2230 are same for clock - aren't they? take the hint paper from the black sofa and click the shapes buttons accordingly....some more hint is that you have to click the buttons six times as shown in the hint paper...

For the first door, you need to go up the six levels and note the 2 letter pics and what floor you are on. You will have ON 3, FO 1, IG 5, UR 2, HT 6, and EE 4. Using no's 1 & 2 gives you FOUR, 3 & 4 gives you ONE. 4, 5 & 6 gives you EIGHT. (418)
For the next door, go up the levels and note which bookshelves have no book. When you reach the door you will find a note on the stool telling you what to do. If you think of the bookshelves as being:

For the final door, go up the levels and note the times and shape of the clock. When at the room with the door, get hint from armchair. Combining times on hint, with shapes of clocks, click on lock as follows (using number of sides of shape)....spoiler608646spoiler
