Picture puzzle

Stumped on red key puzzle, need tool to dig up orange key, what to do with 4 number code in cabinet.

For the red key puzzle, there are two animal names in the game, pick the letters from those names according to the numbers.

4 number code in cabinet is used for orange key puzzle.
