took the lids off the jars in the down view, l/h side and then..under the red pump bottle on r/h side was a key which opened the top left drawer to give an old fashioned razor blade....and CHARLIEEEE...time to bite my finger....hint pls.

use razor on mat, stuck
Use the blade twice. On Welcome and on tissue box.
Take all tooth brushes and use them in the jars. Then paint the picture.
Use the razor on the doormat.

I have red paint on the toothbrush, but it won't let me paint the pic :(
Use sd twice under left lamp. Key is hard to see next to the wash basin.
Thank you smallio, geroff and charlie. Key from tissue box opened bottom l/h drawer giving wrench which i used in shower for green ball. What next pls?

these toothbrushes are really hard to take ...you have to take all 3 not 1 ..

When placing the balls I had to start with the yellow one.
i think key near basin fall after you use SD on light ...

The key should be in the centre of the square you've cut out.

Well, all I can say is, for me the key was here:

The key was IN the tissue box where you cut it open with the razor, a little to the right of the opening. Kind of hard to see, but its there!
Made mistake of using razor twice on welcome map and it disappeared.Who ever has seen a welcome map in the bathroom?????
This just drives me crazy that I can't get through a game without your guys' hints. Seriously, how do you guys do this? I play at least 3 of these games a day for the last year and I'm not getting any better! AAARRRGGGG
