still stuck, meow = 13,5,15,23. How do I fit that in 4 spaces that don't go above 9?

Is that the one where you have to click the corners around the picture?
blank white square with colored X's at the corners and four colored squares under and I can't click any corners of anything. It is asking for 4#'s underneath

@Telekawaru: You have to make each row, column, and the two diagonals add up to15. If you look and the darker diagonal, you can't move those squares and those add up to 15.
Any help on 20?
You have to click 3 times.
click on the 4 corners, outside the rectangle, a couple clicks per corner

I'm totally stuck on 19. I've put the handles in position and both lights (A B) are yellow. But nothing happens. Hoping for POP.
Level 19 (sliding doors): I've moved the levers to turn the lights yellow and clicked the red button in the middle but nothing's happened. What should I be doing?
Ah Catqueen - there's a ladder to pull down at top right.
Now I'm sliding up and down with a key I don't know where to use!
Got it. The room here is very bright. I didn't see the ladder upper right from door. Used elevator, got key and on to lvl 20.
And after getting key, look for same ladder, on bottom right now, to get back to door with keyhole.
And out. Fun! Thanks for the clues left behind.

You have to pull the blue teeth of the one with the blue eyes, green teeth of the one with the green eyes, and so on...
What about level 12?
Finaly solved 12. just knock outside the stamp area..
Now stuck again on level 13. Those double arrows!

for the meow level...that thing in the question mark is CAT,this implies the code to be entered is c=3,a=1,and t=20...the final answer for the level become 3120...and for LEVEL 12...know on the corners of big stamp!! :)
