oooh... new game!
Four balls on tree (missing middle right one?), still have knife (used) and hammer (not used, I think) and two stars -- can't do anything with sleigh or snow-covered stump (?). Stuck.

also have opened pyramid thing on left side,can see a pie but can't take it
Can't seem to find knife and only have 3 Christmas balls
Just use the dots on the pie as a clue for something else.
pie is the code for the buttons on the snowman
i just hit the light brown bit
blue and red on cupcake is for snowman buttons
i just brute forced the snowmans buttons,lol
So annoying the way my frozen fingers drop the hammer every time it fails to have any effect on the stump ...

Not sure but I think knife was in the little pyramid beside snowman. Use three numbers from Santa's laundry.

pink bulb on left on big tree in back
hammer does not work on stump and can't do anything with snowman's buttons. What is the star for?
I had to zoom to 400% to get the hammer to work. Hit small brown spot on top of stump.
I have 5 balls, 3 stars and still have the knife... now stuck
click cone on left and open it for snowman code

Quick draw that worked, now have two stars and still can't change the snow mans buttons.
evans... did you click the cone on the left to zoom on it and then click it again to show the pie?
snowman buttons won't change until you find the pie
anyone find house key or figure out what stars are fore?
i found the pie ages ago. Suddenly the buttons just worked.
stuck with 3 stars and knife now
finally placed 3 stars at bottom of blue pole under sleigh, it come down and you can take bag and cut it open for star for tree top
Stars are for the sled lift. It comes down and you can get bag. Get key after you find all balls for tree. Can't find place to use cake for inside.
It is really tricky to get house key. opened door fed cake to Santa and done!

Placed stars but sleigh wont come down?
Huh? one star fell off had to pick it up and then put it bac and sleigh came down.
Walkthrough.
Hammer, in the snow, on the right.
Zoom in on the snowcovered treestump right under, hit it with the hammer and get a star.
Get the gift left of the house.
Zoom in on the blue stockings, click the middle one = a star.
Click on Santa's clean pants hanging far away = no. 256.
Use this no. on the cone, 3rd one from the left = creme ball.
Click on blue part under Santa's clean hat in front of you = red ball.
Click on left cone, Click on its lower part = reveals a pie (blue + red)
Use these colours on the snowman = a star.
Click on the blue pole. Place the stars on the pole (no spots visible to place them there, just start low and go up) = you can take the bag.
Click on the steps, one tile reveals a knife.
Cut open the gift and the bag = blue ball + star.
Click on the left part of the left christmastree (tricky hotspot!) = pink ball.
Click on blue spot left of clean red stockings in front of you = yellow ball.
Zoom in on the empty christmastree, place balls and star = blue key.
Open the door of the house, get the pie. Push the pie directly into Santa's mouth and he runs of. Back to work.
.... Santa that is, I'm celebrating my weekend.
The pink ball is in the left christmastree far away, not the empty one in front of you!
