Lol, of course the screwdriver is in the loo, why not :)
Anyway, stuck with that screwdriver that I used to see a paper hint behind the vent and to get the batteries from the mouse to put them in the flashlight.

Pfew, no idea how to solve the box under the bed.
I guess the paper below the books tells me what books order (purple, red, lime, green) but the hints in those books look very cryptic. All I understand is the pink pentagin on the red book, so probably the second symbol/shape on the box under the bed is a pentagon.
There's a key in one of the books - use on closet to get knife, cable from box
with flashlight you can go down the trap door. Found 3 symbols for box under bed (two downstairs, one behind picture)
paper gives code for computer (after plugging it in)
use knife on rug, get a code and fan blade(?) from basement
btw, you have to shut down the computer to exit that view

My hunting knife disappeared before I opened the box. Did it drop somewhere?
Nope Wenmomojo, it's a bug. I started over and now I have the knife.
Got a hunting knife from coat and then it disappeared.
I'm not out, but I'm done.

I lost all my inventory items trying to get out of the computer scene...what to do now? I think I need the sd to get battery from mouse?
Oh heck...I restarted the game when I clicked collapse...lol...how to get out of computer scene so I don't do it again, please?

For the 5th one the square was there. Not in a pic I think but in another file.

Trapped myself in dark basement and can't get out! Just like real life, sigh.
