I really don't care for dark games...hard to see, but I have a key and crowbar...I lost the map...where am I? LOL
3rd floor:
Bottom left is bible, letter. Need pendant.
Bottom middle: Door locked from inside
Bottom right: Door missing knob
Used key and found a necklace and a couple of ghosts...I have NO idea where I am so I can't help anyone....I think I'll stop here because I am not having fun!

I don't know how you found anything. I've been in several rooms, but I can't see anything.
I'm in the room in the bottom left corner and there must be something because the viewpoint changed.
Key in the room to the left of start room.
Used key to open a new room and got a necklace and photo of a ghost.
2nd Floor:
Top 1st room (from left): Violin, piano is in room (need?)
Top 2nd room:nothing
Top 3rd room: stairs
Top 4th room: Key, need violin, ghost in mirror
Top 5th room: France's room: letter, key
Bottom 1st: Locked
Bottom 2nd: Toy horse
Bottom 3rd: Stairs
Bottom 4th: Christopher's room: Need toy horse, ghost
Bottom 5th: Bruno's room: Need book
Click "OK" at bottom of inventory or item panel to get back to map
I think the object of game is to find things and put them where they belong...have placed a few items....not really a game to be helpful in...sorry. I found stairs, scouring room by room...there are 3 floors.... keep referring to map...good luck! :)
Oops, only one key on 2nd floor, think it was in top 5th room.
Object is to collect the voodoo dolls. Got 2 on 2nd floor so far.

1st floor C3 has entrance to basement in floor. Only one other room in basement: shut mechanism

BTW: Bible is not good enough for the book needed in Bruno's room (2nd floor, bottom row 5th from left)
I only need a necklace for the room of Milagros

Wish key's would gray out when used, like the other items. I haven't found where to use Eugene's key yet. Also have bible, plus Maria's photo and 2 voodoo dolls. This game isn't conducive to wandering around and trying things....

ude library key in a1 3rd floor, get pendant and gorgoyle statue (for the cellardoor i guess)

Sisli, my Bible does not work in Bruno's room. Still says need a book when I highlight bible and click on book stand. In inventory it is the 5th row down, middle object.
Any idea where the library key was?

Thanks for playing the game, I am seeing all the comments and will try to improve it on the update, it seems a SAVE feature will be awesome will try to code that. And be more specifics about the books since there is a bible and fantasy book. The shelf needs the bible, and Bruno the fantasy book.

Graying out the keys, that is a good idea will make notes now.
The game needs the SAVE feature so will try to code that tonight.
So it saves the amount of items you have and ghosts, not sure how it will behave but I can try it out.
the small key from the serpent is for the chest on the room on the third floor..
Library key is on the same room I mentioned above.

ok so my inventory is full, I dont have all the ghost pics though, how do I know Im finished?
I don't know whether you need all the ghost picts but when I had full inventory I went to basement and there was a zombie

it seems interesting but can't play it in such darkness :(

I have a bible but can't use it in bruno's room. Is this a bug?
I had only 2 spaces empty in inventory and the door locked from the inside opened (3rd floor). And I have all the ghosts.
All the ghosts pictures I ment. I found there Milagros necklace that is like a chicken leg.
I killed the zombie with the knife. Nice game

if I remember corectly library was on 2nd floor, the most left (top door is musician room, bottom is library)

too dark, controls too confusing re inventory, tools, map etc.
A couple of rooms I've visited before are now locked (where we used the violin and the one where we used the horse toy)... is that normal? I'm missing a ghost pic, I thought maybe it was in one of those rooms....

emilia, there are 2 rooms i know that close after you got the voodoo doll, make sure you have taken the ghost picture inside before leaving, that is on the second floor, room A4 & C4. Neither of the others I found closed afterwards...

Hi Everyone thanks for playing, last night I pushed an update, i made the game 15% lighter, will try that first if not i can make it little lighter then. And yes some rooms locked up after getting the dolls, so make sure to get the ghost pics first :)
More ghosts will be available on other updates and a Save feature to collect them. And... the game will have an expansion with a new secret areas like a hidden dungeon to expand the story :). More mysteries to unlock.
About the update, is version 1.3 and this is what it has:
------- UPDATE 1.3 - 11/19/'13 --------
- Now keys that are used get disabled.
- Made it clear which is book is needed where. (Bible and Fantasy book)
- Made the game 15% less dark. Some monitors game displayed too obscured.
- Added intro dialog pop up to make clear the objectives.
- Made adjustments on the right UI panel, and swithced the OK button with Menu and arrow to go back to main window.

Reading the comments, I needed a small key for the safe on the third floor but I never ever found a skull to give to the snake in the slave quarters in order to get it. Can anyone remember where this mystery skull was to get the key?

in Milagro room 1st floor up on the left (milagro key found in basement by putting a statue to enter in secret room) you put a picture in frame and got a skull
and give skull to snake

okay,so if anyone is still playing this game, the library is the room across from the room with the piano in it. The pendant, gargoyle statue, and fantasy book is in there. you have to put the bible on the left bookshelf in order to get the pendant
