Only found half of a hint in the green hat snowmans arm and a hint above door, might be for the three knobs of the green hat snowman, but I dunno, because there are four symbols, afaik...

opened the safe beside green hat snowman by chance, I'll replay to see what combination of knobs did the trick.
look at the right side of the snowman with the blue hat...

Got blue key and two halfs of note that I can't combine.
Prakta, thanks for the hint with the right side of blue snowman, missed that view.
Hint on ceiling may have to do with the
pails on the snowmen's heads, size & colour?
When blue hat snowman point to on and the yellow hat snowman has his arms down --> both green lights at the door went green..
Yep, prakta, when you have the blue key from the safe, then you are out. As I am. ;-)
Kev jonesy: yes, it has to do with hats and colors, but weird enough it is from right to left.
...and then, with the key, you are out :)

lakshmi iyer: think it tried to show us that the arms have to be down, but it was nearly useless... :-)
I see now, the two torn cards indicate
the arm position to turn on lower green
light, then use key for OUT.
