1st one 警察 (police)

Ok! door code: 1st (police car) = white/black

I repeated all instructions above and went out. Very interesting :)

I don't understand the hints. Language an impossible barrier for me.

The hints are parts of Chinese character (Kanji). Try to combine the parts to make meaningful words. It is not difficult this time.
