so what does the clue "backside" mean? I've tried the red and white squares backwards, and forward , opposite.... nada

Backside? I've tried red diagonally both ways in case backside means inverted. I've tried reversing the white/red in both diagonal directions, but nothing opens it.

im starting to feel its bugged

For whatever reason having nothing to do with the clue, the 4 corners worked. No idea what the upside/down inverted F=7 means or how to apply that to the lines, so red Xing out. Maybe a smarter brain will figure it out lol.

With all of the variations that I tried, I'm surprised that I didn't try that one. Nice game except for that strange clue. If it makes sense to anyone, please explain it to me.

The number is in the unlit areas. swap the unlit marks for the lit ones and you'll see the number the first number is 8 because no lines are lit.

well...the numbers clue is...the blanks are what you use to make the number...the first one is 8

Backside of a dice? Then they should have made it black and white and made the "pips" round. As is, it makes no sense whatsoever.
Idiots.

I think the dice was clever, though I admit I didn't get it.
