I quit... for now.

I think I am going to have to start again. Don't know what I did wrong but I am so stuck I can't seem to move forward anymore.

Back for more later.

omg video walkthrough! but it started in strange place hmm

the maker of walkthorugh gave out 4 parts but i dont know they are duplicate or not

should i post them all and let me know which one is not necessary?

That walkthrough seems to be some where farther along then I am. I have never seen that area of the game.

omg, at last I am back in the game. I'm going to have a look at the video WT. @Shuchun, maybe post them all? I know I need every iota of information and can get! And THANK YOU!

@Zoz, that walkthrough didn't help me. Still need into lab 1 on the first floor so I can finish the tv puzzle. Hoping that gives me something that I can advance with.

something is off with my music room I put shapes in like so:
1 do
3 mi
4 fa
5 sol
and nothing happens. I still can't open the Music room door, I still haven't seen the piano, and my Chime door light is still red. What am I doing wrong?
Going to have a look at that video now.

How I love POP! Also, it helps to re-read the comments. I know what I was doing wrong. My 1,3,4,5 should = sol, la, re, sol. Now I'm in the Music Room [the crowd cheers]
I paused the video b/c, like you said @Jo-Ann, it doesn't really help. I would like to know how he got that Red Key, though.

thanks Shuchun for posted walkthrough, but films that help us more are EPA 1, EPA 2, EPA 3 and EPA 4

I just had what was, for me, a major find! Kind of by accident, I clicked on the pad with a red light on the door on 1F next to the Libra door and across from the Aries (both locked). Then the Granny girl from the music room showed up and opened the door. Turns out, this is the #1 1F classroom (I still can't seem to open #3 on 1F). BUT the girl also gave me a Gold Chinese coin which worked on the B2 Wooden door by the elevator.! Going to explore some now...

Oh zoz! lucky you! I must have done something very bad. Those girls don't like me anymore. None of them come to help and I never met the music girl. :(

The door takes you to a room with a computer and another wooden door. That takes you out into the hallway where the Video WT got a bad end. The three doors and the Fire Exit on that hall are all locked.
Back in the first room, there's an odd thing that kind of looks like a blue hammock, and above it there's what appears to be a large opening, which I can't get to.
So much for B2.
I forgot to say that in the #1 1F classroom there is a wooden plaque on the wall with the red aquarius symbol. You can click on it for a closeup, but that's all I could do.

It turns out that the Gold and Copper Chinese coins will go in the door on the right closest to the Fire Escape. You go into a wooden room with a chest (kind of a Pandora's box?), and eventually end up with a Bad end. So now I have 2 Bad ends, and 3 Less ends, and the screen says I'm 23% finished.
The other escape gamers don't know what they are missing!
Time for a break for me.
oh, @Jo-Ann, do you remember how you got in the #3 1F classroom? As for the Granny Girl, try going back in the music room from the hallway where the code pad is, and see if she will show up.

I can't remember how I got into lab 3 on 1 F. I may have asked the girls.

Granny girl has never shown up for me.

Am trying to restart the game. Did any one ever solve the card door?

Jo-Ann - card door? where?
btw my Granny girl didn't give me Gold Chinese coin :(
I'm playing B game, maybe I should come back to A game ...

it's ok, I lucked out and got the ACE lit up.

Stopping for now, need a break.

:) good night Jo-Ann? good day? for me it's midnight now, so I'm going to sleep
see you later, good luck

@Jo-Ann, I just found out, lab 1 is the room you get to through the trap door. I was stuck in a C game, wondering why it wouldn't open, and suddenly it did - maybe you just have to hammer at it enough till it falls through. I think I was looking at the big X above it when it happened

Still stuck in this game - you need a 5# code to get out of this room, and there's a very puzzling equation on the blackboard

omg I think it's in quaternary - I have to go back to school now

3 + 3 = 12.

I am filled with creeping horror

okay, I ran away screaming but then I came back.

In base 4, the rightmost digit will represent ones, like we're used to. The next left will be not 10s but 4s. Where we expect to see hundreds, we're counting 16s, and instead of thousands, count 64s. In other words use the powers of 4 just like we usually use the powers of ten.
So, my 1st number on the board, 1222, is actually 64 + 32 + 8 + 2 = 106. I think. I'll see if I can work out the whole thing.

Well my 1st attempt plotzed. I'll double-check my numbers. Anyway, here's a converter:

http://www.unitconversion.org/numbers/base-4-to-base-10-conversion.html

I had one of my numbers wrong - but now that it's right, it still doesn't work. There's something I don't yet understand here; one or more of the digits in the equation is smaller than the rest. I think I'm probably right about it being quaternary though. In the several games that I've seen this in, there was never a digit larger than 3.

Awww, I played a new game this afternoon to try and get to a point in the rec room where I can choose the right answer. I saved it in a new slot and it is not there now.

I have to restart or work from my game.

Why wouldn't it have saved?

@Jo-Ann, not sure but that's happened to me too - I just replayed all of game D to get back where I was yesterday, since FireFox crashed when I tried to look at the vid WT. I think it's a good idea maybe to officially quit the game when you leave it (option at the bottom, under music, sounds etc.). Reloading doesn't take too long usually.

In the office where the 6 keys are activated, up on the shelf where you found one of them, is a green Libra symbol w/ a left arrow, and a red Libra w/ right arrow. That shelf is blocking the door, in fact; I think maybe this is what moves when you put your shape key under the Libra symbol, and if I could get there, I'd do that and find out.
I bet there's another shape key under that shelf, lol.

I have a theory about the explosion formulas on the computer screen, whch are always the same.

If Pisces and Aries doors are open, and the Libra door is closed, when you open the Neptune door, the whole building blows up.
If Leo, Capricorn and Taurus are open, when you open the Neptune door, BOOM.
Last one's trickier, but I think it's saying:
If Taurus and Sagttarius are open, and you open the Libra door with Cancer still closed, smithereens.

This could explain why when you open certain doors the game asks you if you really want to go in - only then does the symbol turn from red to green.

When you click on the map, you see at the bottom left which signs you've turned green.
Also, you can use the colored flags at the top to mark places on the map. Could be handy but I've been forgetting to use it.

I would really like to know - have any of you found the heart key?

@just1, no heart key for me, and I'm kind of loathe to start a game at 1am. I don't understand (well, lots of things, lol) why the map seems to show that the Aries door requires a spade key, and yet it doesn't work. I also tried the brown clover key, which I've never found a use for.
In this game (a 1hand A game), I've still not found the CobaltCl paper nor the k= clue, or the flask with blue liquid. I can't get into the 1F #3 classroom so I can't complete the grid (tried to BF it, but, of course that didn't work).
I just wish that I could find a game where I could access all the rooms I have now AND the room with the colored keys. Something to dream about, I guess.
See you all tomorrow.

oh, and @just1, yesterday I did a Google Image search on the diagram on the white board in the lab with the water bottle (3F; shows a diagram with 1,2,3,x, and y followed by x=1 or 2, y=boom, etc.) and I got a scholarly paper that I really couldn't follow very well. Perhaps it would mean something to you, so here's the link: http://www.ics.uci.edu/~ihler/papers/physd07.pdf
I hope you can gain some insight about this infernal game!

Golly, @zoz, you must think I'm really, um, smart or something...
Here's a sentence I can understand - "The framework of graphical models is not a cure-all for problems of data assimilation." So true! I also like this question: "What is the appropriate systematic approach to handling missing data observations?" He might even answer that question, but once I see calculus, my brain shuts down.
I may be smart in some ways but math isn't my field at all. When I was a wild teenager, the class I most often skipped was Algebra. I'd go to Uncle Henry's Bar instead, where there was usually some old man playing the blues, so I learned more about that.

I've been trying to get the trap door open in A and B games, can't do it - maybe noodling with it only works in C game. I solved the music code in B game but can't make it work in A.
@Jo-Ann, that was brilliant! I'm trying to catch up with you, but I have no blue book, and I definitely can't get into all the labs. In my B game I've got the most stuff; but I'm stuck with Foxygirl - she's 23, must be an assistant teacher or something - but she's not much help, other than making a hole in the elevator floor. I haven't met Granny yet and would like to!

hello and goodbye :) it was nice to play with all of you, thank you for all help
I'll waiting for a game with English translation, so maybe someday we meet again :)
good luck zoz, Jo-Ann and just1- it was another great game by T34

@grzegania, nooooz! You solved so many puzzles! And you're such a nice "playmate" (I remember you and drizana in DH 1.5). Still, I understand if you must go - just be sure to come back!

I'm on my vacations and can't rest sitting at the computer all day long :D
but I'll give you some tips:
- if you playing C game (if I good remember just1 probably tried)
picture in 2F should to look like this
http://imgupload.pl/images/99054921302081690640.jpg
- but first you must have an eraser to erase unnecessary line
- to get eraser you must click 5x5 grid in the wall in Tic Tac Toe Room - blackboard with numbers in 1F is a hint - you must click brick so many times as blackboard says
- this numbers are also a hint to Taurus panel in this room - look at the smaller ;)
this hints I found in Chinese comments below the game

Hi folks, I haven't abandoned this quest - but I haven't found any snag-baggin' 5x5 cottonpickin' grid in the ding-binged tictactoe room - I do remember some exposed bricks, but that was where the angel statue is - plus I have only one 'small' digit in the equation, and there's five melon-farmin' digits on the holler-swallerin' dad-blamed Aries panel, which I think is what she means, cause I can't see Taurus anywhere, and I'm stuck like an outaluck duck in a brokedown truck, and sorry about all the swearin', but this game is...well, at least 2 of you understand.

I'm really busy this week, and into the next, but I'll hammer away at it from time to time. Maybe they will release a translation, and we can find out just how far off-base we've been!

:<)

Well, DadGummit, @just1, I've been counting on you and Jo-Ann to make a breakthrough. I, meanwhile, have just been frittering' my time away, trying one fool thang after another, moving about as fast as a mud turtle on a cold day.
[where are you from, anyway? You remind me of my family in Arkansas!]

I am so stuck that I haven't played in a few days. May not get a chance as I am on holidays for the next two weeks. Won't be around a computer much. :(

Lol, @zoz, my mother was from Lake Village, Ark. (she used dadgummit frequently, lol), my dad from Arizona, but I learned how to cuss from reading Pogo!

@Jo-Ann, holidays are better than computer games, may yours be excellent!

I've a feeling we'll all be back here after a while.

I'm from AR and use dadgummit a lot too. And I stole my Boston friend's "Jeez Louise."

Well, here's to AR! I was born in Hot Springs, but moved when I was 6 weeks old (caught the ramblin' bug early). Btw, welcome @c moon! Any helpful hints or comments will be cherished by all of us here!
@Jo-Ann, have a great holiday! Or, at least a raht gud time.

I dreamed of going through doors and trying to press buttons/enter codes/place colored shapes all night, so I promised myself I wouldn't play this game today. So far, I've made it until 2pm, but it's hard!

Thanks zos! I post rarely but play every day and have for years. I'm near Arkadelphia, and as a teacher my summer routine is coffee and chocolate sometime before noon (usually) and check here for games before I get anything productive done.

I tried this game the first day and now I'm just checking in to see if anyone's making progress. I played the Dream House game long after it was posted. I only persevered through one game no one else seemed to finish, but it was a couple of years or more after it was posted. It was almost all Japanese, even found items. No pictures of what I found. So I'd find something and use Google Translate to see what it was. I'm generally not that persisitent, but thankfully there are great casual gamers here who are!

@c moon, did you ever try Dream House 1.5? That was a good one, and there are plenty of hints/solutions in the comments.

My Uncle and Aunt live in Arkadelphia, which means you probably know them, if Arkansas connections still hold. (He taught Sunday school to Bill Clinton in Hot Springs, lol). If you click on my raccoon/avatar, you can go to my Google site and email me.

Sent!
I did play Dream House 1.5 if that's the one that had over 1500 comments! I was going to play it again when this one came out. I can't get anywhere on this one. I couldn't recognize a lot of the hints because I hadn't gotten anywhere in the game. I did get to two other floors, but couldn't make sense out of what I'd done in order to move forward. I don't think random clicking will get me through this one. :)

I've found a couple of things that might interest everybody, but I haven't been able to do much with them. Both things I found in a "C" game.
1st. I opened the door to the pool when the Nine card was lit. I pressed 2, 3, and 7.
2nd. I found the brick wall in classroom 1, 2F. If you look at the numbers on the board in classroom #1, 1F, take the small numbers from top to bottom - you'll have 5 numbers - and enter this into the Aries 5 digit code pad by the door. For example, my numbers (small in parentheses):
(0)323
020(3)
20(3)0
(1)112
10(1)1,
So my five digit code was 03311.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out the brick wall. There's a 5x5 grid, and on the Chinese games, the numbers on the board are each 5 digits, whereas ours are four digits.

Very frustrating, but maybe this will help someone else!

@c moon, going to quit this crazy game and check my email now!

It seems that everyone has abandoned this game! But, just in case there is anyone else out there, I will post a couple of things I've found playing on and off (mostly off) in the past week or so. Everything refers to the "D" game you get to by placing the puzzle piece in the 3-Hand picture.

1. When the Girl peeks through the 1F Taurus door keyhole and gives the 0807 code to the room above on 2F, once you enter the room there is a cutscene to the hallway, where the Girl chats and prattles on and refers to E.I.D. If you go back into the 4F bathroom and enter 594 (alphabetical code for EID) above the picture on the wall, it moves and you get a brown puzzle piece.

2. opening the Virgo door on 3F using the Green Clover key also opens the 2F Virgo iron gate and the window in the computer room beside the battery. You can then climb down into the Pool Room. Unfortunately, Pink Girl has drowned in the pool, and you cannot get out through the Card door, or into the Rec Room door. But you can get the white Tile from the Girl to get into the Pisces door. The Virgo door beside it is also green, but it's still locked.

3. Finally, my big "find" for today: I now know how to solve the 5 digit code on the wall by the 1F Fire Exit. It goes like this:
As you unlock the Bathroom doors, from 1&2 on 3F to 3&4 on 2F to 5 &6 on 1F, check which taps are activated by pressing each green light on the keypad, one at a time.
In my game, the first number was 3, and pressing the green light turned on the middle tap in Bathroom 1 and the left tap in Bathroom 2. So give the first space on the keypad a 1M & 2L code.
Following along, lighting one green light at a time, my keypad looked like so from Left to Right:
1M/2L____1R, 2M____6R____3L____5L, 4M, 3R

If you assign numbers to the L, M and R taps as 1,2, and 3, then you can decipher the code.
1M =1+2, and 2L=2+1, so both equal 3, which is the first number on my keypad.
For the second slot, 2M = 2+2=4,and 1R = 1+3=4, so the # is 4.
Third slot: 6R = 6+3 = 9
Fourth slot: 3L = 3+1 = 4
Fifth slot: 5L=5+1=6, 4M=4+2=6, 3R=3+3=6, so the # is 6.

So, I entered 34946 and, VOILA! the keypad opened and gave me a Blue Clover key.
The only place I could find to use the Blue Clover key was on the Pisces door down the hall from the place you enter 963 (so, the second floor reached by the staircase at the end of the hall accessed by the Pisces door by the Pool.)
Once through that door, I was in a Blue &Grey (male) locker room. I could go through another door, where I found one of the white cards with blue on it, and also pictures that had 10 butterflies in kind of a UL pattern. There was also what looked like a trap door in the floor, but I couldn't do anything with it, and another door that requires a Yellow Clover key, which I don't have.
Back in the first room, one of the lockers on the right has a Red flashing light.

And that is where I finally had to give up.

I hope this helps someone! I really hope you all (just1, Jo-Ann, grzegania, et al.) come back soon because it's really hard going it alone. But DADGUMMIT I can't quit!

hi zoz :) congrats you found all this things
I'm ashamed to admit but I replayed all episodes with hints from videos posted on YT by author of the game :( there are all version of the game: A, B, C, D and E
in D game if you used the brown puzzle piece in 4 toilet, you'll find the Heart Key - but to me was 495 - DIE
blue and pink toilet with lockers you'll find in E episode - at start the game, after you get brown puzzle shape and coin, look at the picture next to the door, but don't place there the puzzle, come back to room and when the conversation is over, you'll go to the pink toilet

ups sorry - not the Heart Key but a blue eye

if you choose Hart Key mode, you'll be able open the rooms on 4F - there are 2 riddles
in room 403 you must find 5 differences between room 401 and 403 - place the green circles in right place - you'll open door to the balcony - lighter
room 402 - there is a big circle where you must select corresponding colors according the frame picture - it's hard to explain - my English is too poor :/
but if I good remember this game mode takes me nowhere, so better is playing with Green Clover Key

ok something wrong with my memory :D on the balcony you'll find the Club Key, not the lighter, sorry

riddle in room 402
- you must find 5 groups of pictures: toilet #2 on 3F, toilet 4# on 2F, corridor on 2F with 9 pictures on the wall and 1 on the floor, and room 401 on 4F
- look at the picture in computer and find every element from little pictures - notice the frame color
- select corresponding color on the big circle
from top to right:
1. picture with seagull's wing
2. picture with chimney and palms
3. picture with grass
4. picture with tree and sand
5. picture with flower from corridor
6. picture with flower from toilet
7. picture with sea
8. picture with blue sky
screen
http://imgupload.pl/images/99944396485911769284.jpg
but I dont know if it has sense, because you'll only could go to another room

Thank you so much @grzegania! I hope your vacation was wonderful! After posting last night, I did play a game where I kept my puzzle piece and used it in the 4F bath. I got an eyeball and the 2014 code. When I used the eyeball in the original room, I got a Heart key. I went up to the fourth floor and opened all the doors I could with the Heart key. Probably a mistake, because when I later tried to use my little red key on the 1F Libra door across from the Aries door, going through the Libra door made me blow up. I think that the "||" in the computer equation stand for "or". So in my case, I had the last line:
red Cancer +green Libra + (green Aries or green Sagittarius). [In my case, the Sagittarius was green, but not the Aries.
I'm off to look for that youtube video!

thanks zoz - my vacation was really nice :)
don't know if I can write this here , but if you're looking walkthroughs on YT, copy and paste this 濘之翼

I checked my saved game and I'm not finished D game with Heart Key ups
D game with Green Clover Key leads to Bad End with fire

I now have four "Other" Endings and one (drumroll, please......) True Ending!!!!! I got the second, or "B", True Ending by playing the E game. I will be happy to help anyone who wants help. I can tell you that, in the Rec room, you have to choose the Left option to get this ending. Ironically, in the E game you get a list of five 5-digit numbers on the blackboard, so you can actually solve the brick wall. But to get to this point, you will already have turned all of the Virgo symbols green, so the figure on the board will be filled in and you won't even need the eraser :{}
Anyway, if you do decide to try the E game, there is one essential piece of information that I had to find on the game forum that runs below the game (cut and paste into Google translate). In order to open the box from the Pisces locker room and thus exit, you have to press the keys in the 9 grid box like this: 153,948,267. On the forum it says something like this is according to the coordinates, which I don't understand, but I'd still be stuck there without it!

I feel like Brokeback Mountain with this game: "I wish I could quit you", lol.

I have 5 "other" endings and 2 True Endings now! I just got the first, "A" ending playing the A game.
I would attempt walkthroughs if I thought there was anyone interested, but I seem to be the only one still playing or posting.

I can't believe my fellow EG24 escapers are just letting this one go!

I know that no one is here to hear this or even care, but all the same, for what it's worth (***dancing***) I Did It, I Did It, I Did It!!!!!!! (falls on face because dancing is not her strong point). I have all three "True Ends" (the last one, "C" comes from playing the "D" game), 5 "Other" ends, and one "Less" end. That still gives me 4 more "Less" ends to find.
All I can say is that T34 makes the best, most intricate, most spell-binding games on earth. And when you finally reach the prize, there is just nothing like it.

I'll be available for WTs or individual help should anyone ask.
Signing off now, :oD

@zoz

!!!!!!!!!!!GONGTATS!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been very busy, haven't played even any of the new easy games on eg24 for a couple of weeks, but I haven't forgotten this monster, and I definitely would like to see your WT. While driving, these conundrums return to plague me...
I'm very curious, though I don't know when I'll have time to finish it, I still want to!

LOL, solving time: 28 days! Now that's a game!

@just1, it's great to "see" you again! I was starting to hear echoes when I posted here. I will attempt to put together some approximation of a WT, but it will no doubt take me several days.

I'm up to 3 "Less" ends now, with "80%" above the results. Just like they say in the movie "Galaxy Quest": Never Surrender; Never Give Up!

PseudoWalkThrough
Introduction

The Rosefinch Curse is an incredibly complex set of different scenarios, each of which unfolds based on a series of decisions made by the player. There can be no one Walkthrough for the game - just in terms of possible outcomes, there are 3 “Main” endings (one of which is the “True” ending), 5 “Less” endings, and 5 “Other” endings. There are lots of ways to reach “Game Over” by accident, but making it to one of the Main endings is GREAT.

Very few players seemed to stick with this game, at least as reflected in the Comments, probably because the difficulty of the game itself coupled with the fact that ALL the text is in Chinese can make it terminally frustrating. But I think the payoff is worth the persistence needed to see it through.

So, I’m going to attempt to present various puzzles and their solutions, as well as pivotal points where a decision must be made and can lead to very different outcomes. I’ve had a hard time just making a list of what I need to cover; I can’t promise this will be complete, or coherent, or even useful. But I’m going to give it a try all the same.

Overview

Once you have clicked on the pink medallion at the lower right of the opening screen, you will be prompted to allow the game extra space on your computer by clicking “OK”, since the game files are so large. After this, you’ll be presented with five choices:

1. Novice level Game (required before you can move on)
2. Start New (Normal level) Game
3. Load Saved Game
4. Show results screen
5. Epilogue, which is locked until you’ve completed all 3 Main endings.

I won’t talk about the Novice game here. Maybe later, but for now, just Normal games.

I played mostly in Chrome, which will automatically translate some of the text that scrolls below the main screen. Also found below the main screen are 30+ pages of comments on the 4399 Chinese User Forum. Many of these have photos taken directly from the game. The text of the comments can be copied and pasted in Google Translate. Tedious, yes, but it saved me many times.

Also very useful are the multiple YouTube videos of various lines of the game. Again, everything is in Chinese, so the puzzles/solutions aren’t explained but you can still learn a lot by watching.

There are a LOT of cutscenes and interminable talking from the Girls throughout the game. Once you’ve clicked through a scene once, you can fast forward through it by clicking on the green arrow that will appear on the bottom right.

— Game Lines
The game opens in a classroom with a mask on the wall along with four pictures containing 1 Hand (two pictures), 2 Hands, or 3 Hands. Your choice of picture determines which game line you will be playing:

A line: 1 Hand picture on wall beside Sagittarius door.
B line: 1 Hand picture on wall beside Mask
C line: 2 Hand picture
D line: 3 Hand picture
E line: None of the above! Just click on the door when you decide to go this route.

PseudoWalkThrough, part II

Starting a Game:
— The Screen
At the top are 3 options:
Left, view pictures you’ve taken
Middle, take a picture of the screen
Right, go to multi-choice screen
- first option: Save game
- second option: load game
- third option: sound
- fourth option: turn off music
- fifth option: enable the Girls to help

To the right of the game screen is Inventory and an interactive map at the top. To see the map, double click on it. If there is a yellow flashing comment on the game, just click on it to see the map.
On the map, you can mark spots with different color flags by highlighting the flag and clicking on the map where you want to place it. This is especially useful to mark the different color stars seen throughout the game.

Game Time!

If anyone is still with me after all of that…

You’re in the Sagittarius classroom. All the way right is a red eyeball. Pick it up and place it in the right eye on the Mask.
Take the Copper Coin and the Puzzle Piece.
Choose which game line to follow by clicking on a picture on the wall (no need to place puzzle piece yet) or look at a picture in closeup and then click the Sagittarius door for the E-line.

No matter which line you choose, there will be an earthquake and you’ll end up in another room. From now on, I’ll just address specific puzzles and problems and possible solutions.

Wherever you find yourself, clicking on a locked door will get you no help until you find a Girl to join you. I’ll call the girls
— Little Blue (blue pigtails, amber eyes)
— Pink (pink hair, school uniform)
— Red eyes (long red hair, also in a school uniform, eyes red from being in a smoky room)
— Cher (the oldest, black hair, lavender eyes)
— Foxy (just1’s name for the girl with purple hair and a french maid’s uniform)
— Granny (glasses, dressed like a granny even though she’s young)
-- There are more, but I can't remember them now

There is a profile of each one, but I can tell you that they all love to talk. Really. A lot.

On the map, certain doors are marked with the type of key they take.
Square marks are for Clover keys (Green, Blue, Brown, Red. Yellow, Purple, White).
Round marks are for one of six small keys (Orange, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple).
Symbols on a square white background are for Heart, Spade, Diamond, or Club keys.

PseudoWalkThrough, part III

Now for some Problems:

Auditorium and hallway wall symbols (3F)
Just1 was the first to figure it out, so (italics = my addition)

“Explaining the auditorium code:
For the 1st puzzle, you identify each chair indicated on the seating chart, and get the signs off of them. (helps to take a picture of the seating chart) Enter them dark to light.
For the second one, since all codes are different:
you have six (left) plus seven (right) chairs in each row. There are 7 or 8 symbols on the codebox but only 4 (usually) to be found on the chairs. Let's say they're @, #, $, and %. So the 1st 3 rows on the left side might look like this:
@ # $ % @ #
# $ % @ # $
$ % @ # $ %

You want to follow the pattern down into the unmarked rows: notice that every @ has a # below it, every # has $ below it, etc. Whether going across or down, the sequence has the same pattern: @, #, $, %. So your 4th row looks like:

% @ # $ % @

Following this method, you can either map the whole thing out, then find the chairs you need on the seating chart, or go directly to each marked chair and figure out its symbol by moving down the rows.”

Thanks, @just1!
Once you have the symbols, go to the wall symbols just outside the auditorium door and change them according to the seating chart, darkest to lightest. Hit the bar and you’ll get a Spade key.

But you’re not done yet. When you re-enter the auditorium, there will be a new seating chart on the wall. Again, you want to record the symbols in order from dark to light. However, only the first 3 chairs in each column are marked. Here, it helps to map the whole thing out, then figure out what symbol is in the 4th through 6th position as the chart requires.

Now, go back to the hall and put this new code in and retrieve a Pink tile.

Each tile is either a top, middle, or bottom piece (I’ll call them 1,2,3) that can be combined with other tiles. The Pink tile found by the auditorium is Pink1. There is also a Yellow2 tile behind the curtains in the auditorium.

Cards code pad outside Swimming Pool room:
Not sure why, but if the Spade is lit, press 3,4,5,8 and then the bar at the bottom. If the Nine is lit, press 2,6,7 and then the bar.

Once in the Swimming Pool room you may save Pink from drowning or she may have drowned already. You may pick up Pink and Little Blue here, if you haven’t found them somewhere else.
Assuming you now have one or more Girls to help you, go back out to the hall and click on the door nearest you on the right. Little Blue will climb through the transom and unlock the door to the 1F #3 classroom.
Inside you may find the paper with Cobalt Chloride written on it in blue. Take this paper across the hall and dip it in the Pool. A “k=number” will appear. Use this in 2F classroom #4 on the keypad under the tv, just inside the door.. If the number on your card is “k=6”, you’ll enter Pi to the 6th decimal place (clue on blackboard in 1F classroom #4). The “k=#” may be as high as 19. Here is Pi to the 20th decimal point: 3.1415926535 89793 23846. So if the card says “k=15”, like mine did, enter 3.141592653589793. Take the flask of blue liquid.

PseudoWalkThrough, part IV

Chemicals Lab (3F).
You will need 3 beakers (one on floor beside MMMMM code pad by auditorium, another in the Taurus Medical room on 1F, and another in a sink in the Chemicals lab - the placement of this last one is different in different games, just click on all the benches and stools in both views of this room). You’ll also need a flask (Ehrlenmeyer flask) of yellow liquid (on back shelving) and another of Blue liquid (behind Pi puzzle in 2F classroom #4).
You must mix liquids to get various numbers. For example, the Blue liquid is labeled #3. By looking at the board, you can see there are certain restrictions on how the liquids can be mixed, and you cannot exceed the number 20. So save your game before you start!
In my game, the number on the water cooler was 17. So I mixed as follows:
Blue + tap water (never pool water!) = Dark Green = 5
Yellow + water = Light Yellow = 9
Dark Green (5) + Light Yellow (9) = Light Green = 14
Light Green (14) + Blue (3) = Pink = 17
Drag the Pink beaker to the water cooler. You will get a second number to mix up, in my case 18.
So:
Yellow + Blue (3) = Dark Blue (10)
water + Blue (3) = Dark Green (5)
Dark Blue (10) + Dark Green (5) = Light Pink = 15
Light Pink (15) + Blue (3) = Purple = 18
Drag the Purple beaker to the water cooler and get a Yellow3 tile.

Other combinations you may use -
Dark Green (5) + Yellow (7) = Pale Grey (12)
Light Green (14) + water (2) = Orange (16)
Light Green (14) + Blue (3) = Pink (17)
Pink (17) + water (2) = Black (19)
Purple (18) + water (2) = Bright Blue (20)

The Library (2F):
You must have a Spade Key to enter.
You will also need an extra blue book, found somewhere else (depending on your game; I'll elaborate later).
The extra blue book has a Cyan3 tile, and also a clue for the books.
Once you place the extra book in with the other blue books (1st bookcase), take a photo or record the order of the symbols on each book.
Go to the 2nd bookcase and look at the Green books. Each Green book whose symbol does not match the symbol on the corresponding Blue book should be clicked on to make taller, while matching symbol books are shorter.
This will move the bookcase blocking the back door, and you can take the Yellow1 tile.

And now I'm very tired, so I'll pick this up again later...

PseudoWalkThrough, part V

Recreation Room (1F)
Entering this room for the first time brings you into a cut scene where you’ll have to make at least one critical decision. Since you can’t exit a cut scene to save the game, save it before entering the Rec. Room.
There are 3 ways into the Rec. Room, depending on which line you have chosen.
1. From the swimming pool room, with help from Pink and/or Little Blue.
2. From the 1F Central Hallway, through the black door.
3. From the alley, using the Diamond key on the double doors.

Once in the room you get a loooooong conversation with the Girls, usually Little Blue, Pink and Foxy and often joined by Cher. At some point you’ll be shown a map of the building and asked to decide if you want the map now (click on Right answer) or not (click on Left answer). Most of the time, the Right option will get you further. In some games, though, the Left option will lead to the end you’re looking for.
After making your decision, you get lots more talk, with some cutscenes. Finally, click on the arrow to view the Billiards table. Take the white paper with a blue design and look at the back for a code: 963.
— If you opted to take the map, you must solve a puzzle by moving the pictures in order to get a White2 tile. Click on a picture and move it left (left option) or right (right option) until the pictures are ordered according to the food chain (who eats who). The order you want is, left to right: Flower, Caterpillars, Birds, Snakes, Owl. The portrait on the right will open and you can take the tile.
— If you opted not to take the map, you will either get the White2 tile from Little Blue or it will be in place by the Pisces door by the Swimming Pool (some doors require a tile before they can be unlocked. Once the door is unlocked, take the tile back).

Pisces Hallway
Take the White2 tile to the Pisces door and place it to unlock the door. Once inside - surprise! - another cut scene with lots of talking. Go up the back stairway to the dark terrace; there is a framed picture with a 3 digit keypad. Enter 963 and take the Latitude/Longitude clue and note the 1717 on the wall behind the picture.

You may also enter the Pisces door at the far end of the terrace IF you have the Blue Clover key. More about that room later.

PseudoWalkThrough, part VI

Computer room (2F, above the 1F Rec. room door)
There are three ways to get in:
1. Through a hole knocked in the #4 bathroom and through an anteroom (this is found in the D line).
2. Through the blue door in the 2F Central Hallway
3. Through the window by climbing the ladder from the Swimming Pool. This only works if you have opened a Virgo door.

In this room there are 2 computers
— one has a photo of a seaside house, with a black memory card outline in the middle. Clicking there will bring up a screen that I highly recommend you photograph. Basically, the screen tells you with combination of locked (in red) and unlocked (green) doors will cause you to blow up, ending the game. The format is:
(A || B || C) & D = Boom!
The “||” symbol stands for “or”. So, if you have a red A, and green B,C,and D, this means that if your A door is locked or B or C unlocked, opening D will cause an explosion. The screen is almost identical in each game, but pay attention because there are some minor variations. Not paying attention caused me to blow up!
— the other computer has pictures of 3 stairways, all of which have a force field blocking the up or down direction. When you go back to the Sagittarius classroom and place the brow puzzle piece in a picture (any one will do), you will get a Green Clover key and see a code: 2014. [ There are other ways to find this code, but this one is most common].
Clicking on the top right photo (green stairs), enter the 2014 code to remove the block (you may or may not have access to these stairs).
Clicking on the bottom photo (brown stairs), enter the 1717 code to remove the block.
Clicking the top left photo (grey stairs) and entering 9801 removes this block (only found in a few games).
For any code to work, it must be viewed first, so entering a code without seeing it does nothing.

Also in the Computer room is a Battery, by the Virgo window. The Battery can be used in one of 3 places: 1) in the alley accessed from the 1F Fire Escape, 2) in the alley accessed through the 1F Gemini door, or 3) in the elevator.
Once the battery is place it cannot be moved, so be sure you can live with your choice (different choices = different endings).

If you entered the Computer room via the hole from #4 bathroom or the window, you cannot exit through the black door. There is a way around this, found in the D line, that I’ll explain later.
If you entered via the black door or the window, you can’t get into the anteroom.
The only way to get in or out through the window is to have already unlocked a Virgo door somewhere else.

More later!

PseudoWalkThrough, part VII

Latitude/Longitude door code (3F)
The piece of paper you found behind the picture in the dark terrace is your clue for solving this puzzle. The diagram is divided into grids of 30degrees each from W to E, and 15 degrees each from North to South. Depending on your clue, fill in the correct grids. For example, my clue was “60 degrees E —> 90 degrees E <—, 60 degrees N (down arrow) 0 degrees S (up arrow). So I filled in the grids starting on the horizontal axis from 60 through 90 (3rd grid right from the vertical 0 degrees line), and on the vertical axis from 60 (fourth line up from 0) back down to 0 degrees for the South border.

Music Room (3F).
The clue for this is the Red Door on 1F, beside the door to the Taurus Medical Lab. Click on the red button above the door to get the notes being played:
sol, si. la, re, sol, la, si, sol, si, sol, la, re, re, la, si, sol.
Go to the 3F Central Hallway and place four tiles (any tiles) in the slots of the code pad. A number will appear in the square below; click on the circular musical scale note to change so that the note matches the number. For example, the 10th note in the sequence is “sol”, #14 is “la”, #12 is “re”, and #7 is “si”. So if the tiles placed are numbered from left to right, 10, 14, 12, 7, enter sol, la, re, si below the numbers. You’ll hear a click indicating the Music Room door is open. Take the tiles back.

I promised a Novice Game WT, so here it is:

The Rosefinch Curse Novice Game-Through

Pick up 2 pieces of the eyeball and put them together. Place the whole eyeball in the eye socket on the left side of the mask. Take the Heart key.

Use the Heart Key to exit through the door by the Mask.

In the hallway, turn around and go downstairs, then right.
Use the Heart Key to unlock the Taurus room. Go right and exit through the other door.

Use the Heart Key to unlock the farthest door on the right.
***Note: the map indicates which doors require the Heart key. ***
Turn right and take the Blue book from the bookcase and look inside for a clue.

Exit through the same door and click on the left arrow to find the stairs.
Go to the second floor (don’t worry about the smoke!).
Go left and enter the Library through the double doors on the right. Click on the nearest bookcase and insert the Blue book with the others like it. Take a picture.

Go right and click on the bookcase around the center and see the Green books. When you view the symbols, you’ll see that some are different from the symbols on the corresponding Blue books. The ones that are different you want to be taller than the others (you can make them taller or shorter by clicking on them).
For a picture, cope this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/x4qGxifH82m
Now you have moved the bookcase that was blocking the back door. Take the yellow1 tile and exit through the back door.

Turn around and use the Heart key to unlock the large red door on the left. This takes you to a hallway with a red door that has a space for the yellow1 tile. Place the tile to unlock the door (you can take the tile back).

Enter the room and take the White Clover key from the podium.
Go back out, through the large Red door and down the stairs, going right at the foot of the stairs.
***Hint: you can also highlight an area on the map and then click on the running man to go there automatically (assuming you’ve been there already)***

There is another hallway to your left, just past the Left Arrow. Click there and you’ll see a Pisces door. Use the White Clover Key and… You’re out!

Now go play a Normal Game!

PseudoWalkThrough, part VIII

Small colored keys

If you play the D line, you start off in the #4 bathroom, 2F. Downstairs, the #5 bathroom is also unlocked and you get an orange key and a hammer. The orange key can be used on the Fire Exit doors to recruit Little Blue from the alley. Then, the hammer is used to break through the mirror in the #4 bathroom. You go to an anteroom of the Computer room. Beside the hole you’ve left are four keys in a keypad with flashing lights. You want to get all the lights green by placing each key correctly, including the orange key and a Purple key found atop a bookcase in this room. Once you have all six lights green, the keys are “activated” and can be removed.

Copy this link to see the before and after photos: http://www.screencast.com/t/bIxIkkWeUmeg

*** Note: The symbols atop the bookcase (red and green Libra symbols with arrows) mean that the bookcase will be repositioned depending on whether the Libra door has been opened. Once the bookcase moves, this passage to the Computer room is blocked. ***
*** Note2: If you enter the computer room through the Black door, then when you later find that anteroom with the bookcase where the Purple key was, you get the Brown Clover key instead. ***

Code pad by Fire Exit doors

The various colored keys will open different bathrooms on 1F, 2F, & 3F (once you disable the stairway block using the 2014 code; see PWT part VI).
Repeating my comment from 7/19/14, 9:18pm —

Unlocking the Black Computer Room Door from the Inside
You’ll need to view 2 clues:
In the #3 bathroom, there is a blue/white card with writing on the back (either 1!, 2@, 4$, 5%, 6^, or 7&).
In the #6 bathroom, there is a note on the wall.
For the solution, credit goes to just1 and grzegania. (Important point: in the explanation above in PWT part IV, I totally neglected to give credit to grzegania for the solution to the Chemical Mixing problem! My apologies!)

just1 says:
“Clue on wall reads (for me):

3# = EDC = 676869 (ASCII)

67, 68, 69 are codes for C, D, and E on the ASCII table. I can't tell you why the letters are backwards”

The backwards/forwards positioning varies from game to game (i.e., some games say “3# = EDC = 696867”)

And grzegania wrote:
“you have 5% - look in keyboard what letters are below - on the wall we have 3# and EDC, so 5% are TGB, now should convert them in ASCII translator - TGB = 84 71 66 - but in example on the wall this numbers are reversed, so your code is 66 71 84”

Once you have the 6 digit code, place the blue/white card in the code pad inside the Computer Room by the Black door, and enter the numbers below (be sure to check whether the clue has a backward or forward solution).

Here are combinations for keypad letters and ASCII numbers, both forwards and backwards:
1! = QAZ 816590 or 906581
2@ = WSX 878388 or 888387
4$ = RFV 827086 or 867082
5% = TGB 847166 or 667184
6^ = YHN 897278 or 789289
7& = UJM 857477 or 777485

PseudoWalkThrough, part IX

Green Clover Key:
There are various ways to get the Green Clover key and the 2014 computer code, most of which involve a cutscene from Little Blue which shows Red Eye in the Sagittarius room. Here’s an example from the D line:
Once you leave the Computer Room through the Black Door, you get the cutscene from Little Blue.
Go back through the Computer Room and the hole to the #4 bathroom and go downstairs. In the hallway outside the Taurus room Little Blue will appear and look through the keyhole to see a code (0807) for the code pad one floor above.
Go up and enter the code on the pad and enter the Sagittarius room.
Place a tile in any of the pictures and get the Green Clover Key and the 2014 code to turn off the block on the stairway leading to 3F.
Once you’ve done this, you can access the #1 and #2 bathrooms to solve the code pad by the 1F Fire Exit.

Key Decision
Sometimes, Little Blue will talk to you in the hallway and the letters D.I.E. will be part of the conversation. Once you’ve seen this, you can opt to got back into the #4 bathroom and enter “495” (DIE) in the code pad above the wall picture. In this case, you’ll get an eyeball and the 2014 code. The eyeball can be used in the left eye socket of the mask to get a Heart Key. The Heart Key is very useful, but you won’t get the Green Clover key. Thus, your game ending will depend on this decision.

3F Virgo Room Puzzles

If you have the Green Clover key, you can unlock the door to the Virgo room. This has the added benefit of unlocking the Virgo Iron Gate on 2F and the window in the Computer Room that leads to the Swimming Pool room, both very useful.
Square Wall Puzzle
You will need four top tile pieces for this puzzle. Place them in any order in the slots below the Yellow square. This looks complicated, but the solution is really simple. Depending on the number (y) appearing twice in the Yellow Square, the equation is (y + y) x (y + y). So if the number is 6, then (6 + 6) x (6 + 6) =144. You will get a Yellow Clover key from this puzzle.
Palette Puzzle
This one is a bit more complicated. Start by removing the 3 assembled tile pieces already in the puzzle. You can break them each up into 3 individual tile pieces by highlighting, then clicking the lower right corner. You must have a total of 12 tile pieces.
On the wall to the right is a color chart. Take a picture.
Now you just have to put 3 tiles together for each color on your Palette. It gets tricky because you need a top (1), middle (2), and bottom (3) tile piece for each assembly. Depending on your colors, this take a few tries.
On the color chart, you can make out how to arrive at a particular color by finding it on the chart, then looking at the horizontal and vertical axes. So, for example, Bright Orange is made by mixing Yellow and Red. But there are no Red tiles, so you have to combine two tiles to make Red, then add Yellow to get Orange. According to the color chart, Red is made by mixing Pink and Yellow. So to create Bright Orange you need 1 Pink and 2 Yellow tiles.
To see a few examples of the completed Palette, copy this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/jtMRZXpZm

footnote to last post: Notice on the screenshot that there can be very minor variations between the color shades, especially with green and purple. If you are colorblind, I think the only option is to get someone whose is physically present to help you.

Climbing Wall and Virgo Blackboard Puzzle

When you opt for the C line, your game will open in the 2F #2 classroom. There is a series of drawings on the blackboard — you must complete the last drawing in order to unlock all the Virgo doors. But you first must have an eraser to remove the “nose” line that’s in the wrong place. This area is circled in yellow in this screen shot: http://www.screencast.com/t/h4uqnQbpG
Once you unlock the Leo door at the far end of the room, you can click on the Leo symbol by the blackboard to go to the next room (2F classroom #1). Click on the white “X” on the back blackboard then the down arrow. There’s an Aquarius block over another trap door. Double click on the white “X” and it will be unblocked (this only works in certain game lines). This opening takes you down to 1F classroom #1. There is a five-digit Aries code pad on the back wall, and what looks like an equation on the front blackboard. If you look at the five 5-digit numbers on the board, take the small numbers from top to bottom - you'll have 5 numbers - and enter this into the Aries 5 digit code pad by the door. For example, my numbers (small in parentheses):
0(0)020
01(3)22
(0)0102
131(2)0
100(0)0,
So my five digit code was 03020.
For a screenshot, copy this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/dx8GL2lxelZ

Once you’ve entered the correct code, go back through the hole in the ceiling to 2F #1 and look at the front of the room. There is now a brick climbing wall! To open the door in the ceiling above this wall, click on it, and enter the code from the room downstairs by clicking on certain bricks in a five x five grid (note: the original version of this game had only four digits per line on the blackboard. If, by chance, you get this, then start another game.)
In my case, I would click on the fourth brick, top line twice (00020) and so forth. I’ve highlighted the bricks I clicked in the screen shot, but be aware that clicking twice makes the brick Unhighlighted; this is normal.

Now you can climb the wall and get the eraser (and a Pink3 tile), then go back to 2F#2 and erase the incorrect line. Now fill in the figure as it should look after combining the two figures to the left. Screenshot link: http://www.screencast.com/t/WTxhQUEwXSD3

You have now unlocked all the Virgo doors, including the window in the Computer Room, The 2F Iron Gate, and the 3F Virgo room.

The Television Grids in 1F classroom #3
Thanks @ JoAnn for figuring this out!

To complete this puzzle, you must have access to 8 classrooms: 1F #1—4 and 2F #1—4.
In each classroom, chairs are placed upside down on certain desks. If you draw a 5x5 grid, you can mark the grids where a chair is: The bottom of the grid is the right side of the classroom and the top is the left side. So if you have one chair on the first desk by the right door, you would mark the bottom right square of the grid. The game maker made this a little harder by including chairs on the TV grids that you can’t actually see in the classrooms. Still, it’s not too hard to match a particular TV grid to a particular classroom. The TV grids should be ordered to match
Top Row: 1F classrooms #1 through #4, from left to right.
Second Row: 2F classrooms #1 through #4, from left to right.
The Third Row is for any leftovers. The TV grids can be moved by clicking on one and then choosing from the menu at the bottom of the screen:
Up Down
Left Right

Once you complete this puzzle, the brick wall beneath will open and you can go to a new space. In this area, you can take the green wheel from the round board on the wall and replace it with the red one from the Swimming pool statue. You can then get a Red Clover Key.

PseudoWalkThrough, part XI

The Pisces Locker Room (2F) and The Virgo Locker Room (1F)

If you begin a game on the E line, you will go from the earthquake to the Virgo Locker room (pink and grey lockers), and you won’t be able to leave without solving some puzzles.

— Lockers on the left
You begin with one locker with a green light and one that is simply flashing red. Open the locker with the green light and take the piece of hardware. Now go through the door on the right and turn around. On the left are five showers. Have a look in all of them (there are some blue/white pieces laying about).
In my game, the locker that had a green light was the third in the top row and the third shower in had 3 red butterflies. (Screen shot link: http://www.screencast.com/t/naeymmabA)
The other locker I want to open is #6, so I need to get 6 red butterflies in the shower. Click on the left water handle to turn the butterfly signs “off”, and on the right water handle to turn them “on”. I turned the third set off, then turned on the second shower (two red butterflies) and the fourth shower (four red butterflies), then went back to the lockers and the sixth locker now had a green light. Open the locker and take the second hardware piece. You now have 2 halves of a handle. Put them together, and then climb the stepladder and place the handle in the trap door in the ceiling.
Go through and you’ll be in the Pisces locker room (blue and grey lockers). Look at the lockers on the right. In my case, the red flashing light was on the #12 locker. So back to the showers. This time, you get different numbers of red butterflies and, in showers 2 through 5, a green butterfly as well. Now you may have to use these showers and the showers downstairs to unlock the correct locker.
Test various combinations of butterflies in the Pisces showers. In my case, turning on the showers #3 (7R,1G) + #4 (8R, 1G) + #5 (9R, 1G) caused locker #12 to unlock, so I didn’t need to go downstairs to the Virgo showers. Alternatively, showers #2 (6R, 1G) + #3 (7R, 1G) + #4 (8R, 1G) gave me a green light on the #9 locker. Downstairs in the Virgo showers, I could add 3 to that by clicking on the #3 shower, so that locker #12 is unlocked. There’s a lot of trial and error involved with this, but it is possible to solve!
Screenshot link: http://www.screencast.com/t/LX2BIHDdC64u

Once you open the Pisces locker, you’ll get a box that contains a 9-button grid. This is where I had to use help from the Chinese forum. Apparently, the order of the grids to click is 153,948,267 “because this is according to the coordinates”. If anyone can figure out where this solution comes from, I would love to know!

When you open the box, you’ll find a Diamond Key, which you can use to exit through the Virgo door. Before going out, check the Virgo anteroom for another blue/white card. You can begin to assemble the abstract picture in the frame, or wait until you have all of the pieces.

You cannot enter the Pisces anteroom until you get a Yellow Clover key (from the Yellow Square puzzle, 3F Virgo room (PWT, part IX).

PseudoWalkThrough, part XII

Star Puzzle (Pisces Locker Room anteroom)

This is where flagging the position and color of all those stars comes in handy. On the round board on the wall are eight circles, the top one lined with grey. Fill in the colors by clicking on the circles, beginning at the top with the Star that was outlined in grey (in my case, the Star on the wall of the 2F Computer Room). Then follow the colors of your stars clockwise, as though the Star with the grey outline is North. You should do this as if all the stars are on a single floor of the building. In the Screen shot (link = http://www.screencast.com/t/uhzSARJqgyab), I have put all three floors, with flags in place, then combined them all onto one level (Box with colored circles representing Stars), then shown how my star colors were placed on the puzzle. Once this is correct, the circle moves down, leaving a hole in the wall which leads to the L-shaped room where you can take the Green wheel. After a cut scene with the Girls, you will be able to see both B1 and B2 on your map.

The Fourth Floor

You will require a Heart Key to get in most of the rooms here. It’s very important that you check your picture of the 2F Computer screen to see which room you should avoid unlocking (either Scorpio or Capricorn) if you want to get into the Neptune room at the end of the hall later.
But first, a find the differences puzzle.
Thanks to grzegania for this solution

The door closest to you on the right is unlocked (room 401). There is a framed photo on one of the beds to photograph. Also, take a photo of the view looking towards the door back to the hallway. Next, use your Heart key to go into room 402, next door. Look familiar? If you look at the framed photo on the bed, you’ll see that there is a difference from the other photo, and there is a green circle around the difference. Your job is to find five more differences from room 401, and in the view facing the door to the hallway. First, turn out the lights by clicking on the green light beside the door to the balcony, then turn around and you’ll see five circles. Drag each circle to an area where there is a difference, then turn around and turn the lights back on. You can now go out to the balcony and pick up the Clubs Key.
Differences:
1. Coffee cup on right bed
2. piece of wood in railing on top right bed
3. Support at end of top left bed
4. Railing at end of lower left bed
5. Rail near foot of lower right bed.

Scorpio or Capricorn?
My computer screen’s second line read “ (Gemini or Capricorn or Taurus) + Neptune = Boom!” All in green, meaning unlocked. I’ve already unlocked Taurus, but I know a trick to relock one door (but only one!). So I’m not going to use my key on the Capricorn door at the end of the hall on the left. Luckily, I can go in the Scopio door (nearest door on the left) and gain access to the Capricorn room that way. So, use the Heart key to go into either Scorpio or Capricorn. Inside each room is a round wooden plaque with eight circles and an umbrella silhouette in the middle. You must mark the color of each picture frame, beginning with the photo of of the seagulls.
Quoting grzegania:
“- look at the picture in computer and find every element from little pictures - notice the frame color
- select corresponding color on the big circle
from top to right:
1. picture with seagull's wing
2. picture with chimney and palms
3. picture with tree and sand
4. picture with grass
5. picture with flower from corridor
6. picture with flower from toilet
7. picture with sea
8. picture with blue sky
screen
http://imgupload.pl/images/99944396485911769284.jpg”

Note the direction of the umbrella handle - if you are solving this puzzle from the Capricorn room, the hook is reversed, so the frame colors must be entered counterclockwise rather than clockwise.
You can now climb through to the other room. In my case, I went to Capricorn from Scorpio so that I could access the Scorpio anteroom using the clover key. From this little room with a sink, you get a lighter (you’ll get the lighter no matter which room you pick).
So now you’ve accomplished that mission without unlocking the wrong doors.

Neptune keypad puzzle

It’s necessary to solve this puzzle so you can go down to 1F and open the Aries room using the keypad. Just DON’T open the Neptune door yet!
Here is a link to my Neptune keypad (you will need the Grey3 tile found in the Extra Blue Book): http://www.screencast.com/t/VqA06FzwiBku

This puzzle is all about symmetry; vertical, horizontal or both or neither. In my example, the 3 and the C both have horizontal symmetry, and this is indicated by the Crescent that is already lit. Moving along from left to right:
0 and H both have total symmetry, and so does the Full Moon symbol
3 and E both have horizontal symmetry, as does the Crescent symbol
8 and M are both vertically symmetrical, so put a Star under this column
9 and J are asymmetrical, and so is the Mountain symbol
8 and H are are both totally symmetrical, so put a Full Moon here.
Once you’ve filled in the symbols, take a photo, then click on the bar at the bottom of the keypad. The door will be unlocked, but DON’T OPEN IT (choose right hand option when asked). You may take the tile back now and leave the Fourth Floor.

Aries keypad puzzle
Go back to the 1F Gemini door to the alleyway. On the right at the end of this hall is a keypad that has “A+B+C=3+3+1”, most likely referring to the symmetry of the letters and numbers. Using the symbols from the Neptune keypad, fill them in from left to right.
These symbols have been assigned numbers as follows:
Full Moon = 01
Star = 10
Crescent = 02
Mountain = 07

So here is how I solved my Aries keypad and gained access to this room, without unlocking the Aries door: http://www.screencast.com/t/yqLanYUH6Wa

PseudoWalkThrough, part XV

Vending Machine in 1F Aries room

Once you are in this room, you will find a Vending Machine with the codes you have unlocked in Green, and those that are still locked in Red. You may use the Copper coin in this machine and, depending on which button you click, either turn Green to Red or Red to Green. Because I want to be able to enter the 4F Neptune room later, I chose to re-lock the Taurus door (Green —> Red). The before and after keypad, along with my 2F Computer screen, can be seen by copying this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/4nSeZuMVIX

Libra Puzzle
Since the only unlocked doors I have now are Gemini and Scorpio, I must unlock Libra (see top line on 2F Computer Screen). So, exiting through the same door by which I entered the room (so as not to unlock the Aries lock), I can go across the hall and open the Libra door using my small Red key. Now you can unlock the card code pad to the Swimming Pool. You will get a cut scene showing that Pink has drowned. Go across the hall and used the Blue Clover key on the door on the right (opens 1F classroom #4). Beneath the “X” on the wall is a Libra symbol with a space for the White2 Tile. Place the tile and click on the symbol. You will get a puzzle that can be solved by using the small keys in a “rainbow” pattern (Screen shot link: http://www.screencast.com/t/ifuabHplN)
Place the keys so that, by mixing colors of adjacent keys, you get the colors on the star. Starting at the top and going clockwise:
Top Red
Purple
Blue
Green
Yellow
Orange
Now click on the star to open a new passage. This takes you to the Basement, where you can take the Purple Clover Key safely.

The Ga card and the Cancer door code pad

Cross the hall again and fill a beaker with water from the swimming pool. Next, return to the Aries room and use the Purple Clover key on the door to the small anteroom seen through the window. Turn around so that you have a view of the Skillet on top of a burner on a BarBQ. Light the burner using your lighter and clicking on the burner control below the skillet, then pour the water in the skillet and dip the Ga card in the hot water. You will get a five digit code, which is always 84222.
Go to the 2F Cancer door that you accessed by opening the Libra door. Place your Grey3 and Black1 tiles in the code pad and enter 84222. Enter the room and take the White Clover key from the podium (you won’t need this key unless you want to exit through the Pisces door for a lesser end).

By unlocking the Cancer door, you have taken care of the requirements on your 2F Computer screen, line 3 (http://www.screencast.com/t/4nSeZuMVIX). Now you can return to the 4F Neptune door (go through the 2F Sagittarius door, since your Taurus door is now locked). When you go through the Neptune door to the terrace, do NOT click the left arrow. Instead just click on the right side of the screen for a visit from Little Blue, who will take you to Ending “C”.

@zoz, this walkthrough is BRILLIANT. I think I understand enough now to finish the game, but I hope you'll also finish your WT, because it is genius, and a joy to read (at least for one who struggled through the game). I got confused for a bit because the girl I was calling Foxy was actually your Cher; the girl you call Foxy I was calling Purple.
Sooner or later it'll be winter here again, and I'll be playing games more often (since I'm a hopeless addict, lol) but lately I've been building a new room and just can't spare any time. Don't feel abandoned! You've done a marvelous thing here. Do please finish it.

And a most hearty and bodacious congratulations for your utter domination of this devilishly twisted game!

:>)

PseudoWalkThrough, part XVI

Code pad on B2 by double doors
To see a picture of this code pad, use this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/xavTJvuV
I have already placed 9 tiles in the vertical slots, and I have marked the number for each tile (from the 3F Music Room Code pad).
Once the tiles are in place, click on each one in order from smallest number to largest number; in the example shown, I clicked on 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10,and12.
The double doors will unlock. If you want, you can get the tiles back by clicking on the yellow B on the code pad.

TicTacToe Puzzle
If you get the Purple Clover key, you will be able to unlock the door near the statue in the Swimming Pool room. Once you are in there, you can see there is something on the wall, but you can’t get to it. This is where one of the Girls comes to help.
You must have two plungers (one from the anteroom of the Pisces locker room, the other from the fully assembled blue/white picture in the Virgo locker room). The girl is going to use the plungers on the ceiling to cross over and retrieve the shiny object, following your instructions about where to place the plungers. If you make a mistake, she falls into the black abyss, and you get an “Other” ending.
The tic tac toe puzzle has an arrow beneath it pointing to the left. This means to follow the positions of the circles from right to left (link: http://www.screencast.com/t/PGP3i38TYth).
Once the girl has safely cross, bring her back, again by clicking on the correct circles for her to place her plungers. She will give you what she retrieved.

Final Door Code

In certain games, you will gain access to a room on B2 that has the equation “99 X 99” written on the wall. This signifies that 9801 is the code for the stairs leading down from the Pisces corridor. If you have already gained access to the hallway on B1 that leads to the stairs, you can turn off the block by pressing the red button on the wall, turning it green.

Wow, thank you so much just1!!! I had pretty much resigned myself to the idea that no one would ever see my WT, or care about it. But I couldn't just let the game go without trying to make some sense of things.
I think PWT XVI is my last installment. I'm sure there are things I've missed, but I also know that if someone cares enough to read the WT, then they'll be able to figure out whatever problems they run into.
Thanks again for your kind comments, they really made my day. And best of luck with your new room!

One last link to one last screenshot; this is what your results will look like when you've found all the endings: http://www.screencast.com/t/D7QA3JSBG19L

Wow, an English version? AWESOME!

Hi @zoz! I'm reminded again what a major hero you are for completing this thing. Think I'll dive in later tonight, to see what all that chattering was about - Now we can finally learn the story.

Don't remember playing this game.

Hi, if using Firefox as I am, you may have to load the page again after selecting 'allow' so the game can use more save space. For me it worked after refreshing.

i still dont understand the code from blue book and witch green book i have to push...i have read comments, watched VW ,but i dont understand...:( i will never pass the tutorial and never play this great game :((

@Pete Barbu, the blue and the green books have moon symbols on their spines; wherever there is a difference (say, full moon on the first blue book and crescent moon on the first green book) click on the green book to make it taller. If they are the same, the book should be regular height.

There's a notebook in classroom 1F that has the clue for the books - never saw that in the other game. It tells you to make the green books taller if they're different from the blue books.

So, it seems "Pink" is named Jenny. She just told me the latitude/longitude puzzle (3F Hallway) is a "gratitude". Which explains absolutely nothing, imho.
@just1, I'm slogging through the B line - which game are you in?

oops, I meant "graticle". Of course :}

Hi, zoz, I'm going very slowly, in between doing other things. Just finished the Freshman game and haven't started any of the main ones yet. Later this afternoon I'll probably dive into B and see if I can catch up w/ you.

Hi just1. I've switched to a D game b/c I got stuck in my B game. The tiles wouldn't work in the music room door, and I couldn't get into the room with the spare blue book b/c I used Jenny's wire trick too often and the wire broke.

:D I knew that someday will be English version ... loading ...
ps. great WT zoz, congrats

ENGLISH VERSION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yahoooo!!!!!!!!

Sadly this will have to wait until later in the week when I have a day off. Looking forward to it!

ZOZ, YOU ROCK!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

So many exploding endings.

Wow, we're all back! The 4 die-hards, that is...but like Jo-Ann, I have to wait for another day. Too busy here!

I hope others come along now, like Dazed, who are patient enough to see what an exceptional game this is!

it's nice to see you all again :) in my country it's after midnight, so I'm going to sleep, but I'll come back tomorrow and I'll play again, now I'm playing the A mode - but I'm stuck :D lol

Well, I played for far too long today. It's amazing that I devoted so much time, thought, and energy to this game and I still get stuck! But I still love these games by T34. So imaginative, and so complex! All games should be like this!

I played this game pretty much all afternoon yesterday and gave up because I got stuck and none of the walkthrough posted here by ZOZ or the video walkthrough help me because I didn't use the battery in the elevator so I couldn't go down to B2 (where i needed to go to move along).
I have no idea which mode I'm playing, how to find out?

@aridza, when you save the game (icon above the game beside the camera) there will be a letter, which tells you which game you're playing. Also, I think I wrote above how to start out for each game (for example, three hand picture for D game).
Stick with it and you'll be rewarded!

hi aridza :) double click the map in upper right corner and you should see which line you're plaiyng

here are the game lines again:

— Game Lines
The game opens in a classroom with a mask on the wall along with four pictures containing 1 Hand (two pictures), 2 Hands, or 3 Hands. Your choice of picture determines which game line you will be playing:

A line: 1 Hand picture on wall beside Sagittarius door.
B line: 1 Hand picture on wall beside Mask
C line: 2 Hand picture
D line: 3 Hand picture
E line: None of the above! Just click on the door when you decide to go this route.

I'm loading the game now, so I'll see which game I'm playing, might have mixed some as I've watched and read different walkthrough

Ok I'm playing the B line, but really stuck because I can't go to B2, don't have a bunch of the keys needed... I'm probably gonna be here for a long time!

One thing I've noticed about this "new" version, is that not everything works the first time. For example, the Latitude/Longitude code pad would not let me color in any squares until about my fourth try. And the music room would not unlock until I tried umpteen times (even left the game for awhile). So, if something doesn't work and you're sure you've got the solution right, try again.

Zoz, do you have any idea where I could find the gold coin please?
I checked the video walkthrough for the B game but unfortunatly it doesn't start at the begining, so the gold coin is already in the inventory. I'm tored between starting over another game or just give up

aridza, you find the gold coin much later in the game, on B2. You may not need it to finish the B game; at any rate just go to places you can go. You may need to use the battery in the elevator to play the game you saw in the video WT.

I finally understand the reasoning for the swimming pool room door code. If you google images for playing cards, some of the images look different from the ones on the code pad. Those are the buttons you press.

I just met Purple-hair in the A line. Her name's Sally Sun, and she's not a human but a 'bioroid', I guess a cyborg or something.
Getting much farther here than I did with B...

Wahoo! Thanks @zoz for poolroom code! Getting my crew together now!

Well, I just got the "Cellar Ending" for the A game. That's the one where you go through the elevator floor and get trapped.

@aridza, I just saw in my notes that when the girl from the music room (Penny) unlocks the door to !F classroom 1 (blinking light next to Libra and across from Aries) the gold coin can be found there. I don't remember which line that was, though.

A crucial decision for the ultimate outcome is whether you choose the left or right option in the 1F Rec room. The game goes differently from here depending on your decision'

Zoz, I'm quite far into the B game but I'm stuck because I can't go to B2 as I used the battery in the dark alley to move a wall, and without it, or the gold coin, I can't do anything else! I started D game, but not sure I want to play for hours again

@just1, if you're still in the A line, choosing the left option in the Rec room may take you to the Cellar End. I'm going to try it again with the right option.

gold coin is B line ;)
like zoz said - Penny must open electrical pad to 1F Classroom, then girls can find the gold coin

lol, @zoz, I was just agonizing over which to choose so came here to see if there was a new comment about it! Yes I think if you choose to go with Lisa, it's all very different - don't know if it's a dead end or not. If you choose the right option, the party stays together, but I don't know what Lisa does.
I'm going to save my game here and try both!

If you go investigate the explosion, Sally falls through the floor - but then you get the clue paper for the degrees puzzle, and another staircase code (use #s on back of tile from pool table) (oh yes, and you get to that room by working the pictures puzzle in the rec room)

Easily got past the degrees puzzle this time. What a graticulous explanation!

If you use the battery outside rather than in the elevator, you get a black puzzle piece which opens a room next door to the rec room, and you find the 'key of earth' in there.

Shhhhh, not supposed to be playing but had to come home from work to take care of a sick child. Said child is sleeping and I couldn't resist!

Zoz mentioned the code to the pool being the incorrect placement of symbols for the cards...there is also a hint if you click the elevator button outside the pool room. Tina mentions that some of the cards aren't correct.

Playing A game, have Jenny and Suzie on my team now. Looking for the other two (Penny and ?...forgot already...too excited!)

Thought I was playing line A but realized it says Line B

I now asked Jenny to pick some locks, found Sally and she has joined my team as well.

Man! Wish I had kept my notes! Have to find all the rooms again for the grid puzzle!

Going to have to play this later.... sick one up now.

well, the key of earth unloocks a door in B1, which you can get to by putting the battery in the elevator - but the only way I know of getting that key is by putting the battery outside to move the wall.
Delightfully intricate game!

@zoz, I just figured out your butterflies puzzle! (Started an E game, since I never did that before.) The buttons on the box are pressed acc. to the positions of butterflies as they appear - i.e. there's a stall with 1 lit, then one with 2, etc, all the way to 10. So follow the pattern of their appearance.

and you ignore the green butterfly - it's #10

this game was great before, even better now that I know what they are telling me! I got into the sports equipment room and decided to go with Lisa rather then the other girls. Now there is only myself with Lisa and my new objective is to get into the basement. This time I used the battery in the elevator and was delighted to get to B1 and B2 but I have no keys to get into the other rooms!

Even in english, this game is epic!

Hi, guys! I'm new to this, and I used the puzzle piece on the first pic. I've met the girls from the pool, but I'm now stuck, and lost. I've been looking for ways to somehow progress in the game, but I have no idea what else to do now. I'd really appreciate any help, please (:

I have the red hand wheel, the puzzle piece, the bronze coin, the tile, a beaker, and a yellow, unlabelled liquid, as well as the paper with "cobalt chloride" on it. I had a paperclip, but gave it to Jenny. I can't move very far on the floors that I have access to, and all the other rooms are locked now, and Jenny can't open them for me, either. Some of these, I need specific keys, like the Spade Key or the Water Key. When I first started, I had access to the classrooms and the labs only. I tried following the tips you guys posted up, where I could, but I'm confused now. Would really appreciate any help, thanks :)

Oh, oh! I restarted to find out what i did wrong, and put the puzzle piece in the pic next to the mask again - so, B line? I'm starting out in the Physics Lab on 3F again

@I'mGettingWeirdlyPink,
You'll need to find two more beakers (locations in WT above), and get the blue liquid, which is behind the Pi keyboard in the 2F #4 classroom. Dip your Cobalt chloride paper in the swimming pool and pink letters will appear, telling you how many digits of Pi you'll need for the puzzle (see above). Then you can go and mix chemicals for the water cooler in 1F #3 classroom.
You can get the spade key by solving the first puzzle in the hallway outside the auditorium, which is not locked.

Hi I'mGettingWeirdlyPink! Welcome to the insanity! Sounds like you could be playing the same version that I am playing.

Everytime you try a door, you can click on the light bulb which will ask you if you want some help to open a door. Jenny can try to use the paperclip to open doors with some success, although she broke the paper clip when helping me and was not able to do much after. The little one (Suzie?) can climb through doors that have small windows on top.

I unfortunately followed Lisa rather than stay with the girls and now have no one to help me.

I am sure the game is designed to play out differently depending on which doors you have Jenny open and which choices you make. I am confident that all choices will lead you through the game, unless it is a fatal one, and then you die right away. Not to fear though the game seems to know and does a save just before!

I would need more specifics as to how to help you, as I am farther and can't remember exact steps I took to get to where I am. I would just keep trying to get Jenny to unlock doors.

Also, the Cobalt Chloride paper (CoCl) can be dipped in the pool for a message. It corresponds to the info about Pi on a blackboard. Then if you have access to the room labeled 2F Class 4, Grade 2 there is a panel near the tv. Use the CoCl paper to solve it. You will have a number on the CoCl paper. For example, if the number is 6, then the code is 3.141592 (6 decimal points of pi)

Hope this helps some!

@Pink, I am also playing B line!

Have to get my kids up and ready for school but then can sit and play for a bit.

Will try to check back and forth in the meantime.

Oh and Hi ZOz!

Re-started, and everything is more or less the same so far, except that I somehow cannot get the beaker now, and the number on the water container is now #15, not #14.

@Pink, I think the beaker in the lab is in different locations. Keep clicking all the desks. The number on the water container changes every game. Not to worry, when you are ready to do that puzzle Zoz wrote out how to solve all the numbers in her amazing walkthrough.

Hi @Jo-Ann! Nice to have you back! I've been futzing around with the A line and seem to have been blocked. I can't find the confounded Blue book (it is not in the 1F class #1 in this game) so I can't get the code for the piano in the Music room or use the Grey bottom tile for the Neptune keypad to get information to open the 1F Aries door. Can't find a Heart key anywhere, and because I did not start in the 3F microscope room and can't get in, I have no paper clip so Jenny can't help with any doors.
Frustrated? Me?
Guess I'll start over, maybe in C line this time...

Gahhhhh! I read through a few hundred comments and found that I had actually solved a few puzzles. Went back and placed my shape keys, placed them outside the music room, solved it and it said a door was now unlocked. But I can't find a new door unlocked!

Could it be because the music room was already open? Or did I unlock a door that I can't access already?

As much as I get frustrated, I love this game!

LOL Zoz! we posted our frustration at the same time!

Hi, zoz and Jo-Ann, thanks so much! I saved, gave up, and left, but then saw your messages so am currently reloading. Hopefully, I can find my way a little better now :D Btw zoz...what does WT mean?

Oh, I don't have access to 2F yet, so can't get to the classrooms there yet, I guess. It says that I need the Spade Key. Am going to try and have Suzie get through some doors for me. (: And dip teh cobalt paper in the pool

@Pink WT means walkthrough

Well, I forgot to mention, I went back to my game with the #14 water container, in which I had all the same items in my inventory, but I had also found a beaker. I have dipped the cobalt paper in the pool like you advised, and I got the message "k=17", but currently, Suzie can't help me. In the Physics Lab on 3F, it says I need the Water Key, and in the West Hallway of 1F, it says I need the "red key".

At the Swimming Pool on 1F, I need the "Key of Moon" for a door to my left, somewhere opposite the figure with the vase, and for the Pisces door there, I need to put in a piece. For the Virgo door, it says that the handle is broken. When I go the other way, there are these double doors that Jenny can't help me open, and next to it, there is a ladder in the wall, on top of which, is a window with an inverted Virgo sign, which I think (cos I tried my hand at other Lines with no luck too), is the window to that office wall behind the 4F toilet mirror, where you can get a battery. I have no way to access these at the mo.

Oh, and in the 1F, Class Four, Grade 1 classroom, there is an X panel to the side witha Libra sign on it, which again needs an extra piece.

I guess need to get the elevator properly working to access B1, and I need a different coin to access B2.

Oh, sorry! I just saw that I could get Jenny to help me open the door to 2F! Am in now, and getting to work on your tips! Thanks again, guys! I'm going to see where I can go from here (:

Does anyone know what happens when you place the shape key in the room 1F, Class 4? There is a green Libra sign above it.

Darn game! Playing B line, when in the sports equipment room, I decided to go with Lisa rather than stay with the other girls, now I get no help. My current mission is to explore B2 but I can't open the doors there (used my battery in the elevator this go round).

Funny thing is I decided to go with Lisa because in the summer I thought I had stayed with the other girls. Thought it would get me farther. The joke is on me though, I did the same thing last time! LOL

Really stuck and refusing to start in other lines. Will that stubbornness be my downfall?

Okay, i got the blue liquid, and I got an extra beaker, and I put the battery in the elevator, so now I have a magenta puzzle piece too. I have no idea what I did, but I managed to use Susie to get into another classroom somewhere, and I got the blue book. But then, cos of Susie hurting her foot, and then after that, Jenny breaking the clip, I reloaded the game without saving, and now, I have no idea how I got to that point. I'd just meant to save the paperclip, but I guess it's supposed to break around this point, however you use it? Am now searching for the sports equipment room (:

@Jo-Ann, the place on the floor below the green libra sign takes a middle white tile. To solve the puzzle in 1F #4, you will need all the small colored keys. See "Libra Puzzle" in the PWT pt XV above.

Hi Zoz, yes was able to put the white piece in there, just didn't see anything happen because of it. When I place it and click the symbol I don't get a puzzle. Maybe different because it is B line?

@Pink, that seems to be the way this game works. LOL I have reloaded without saving and have had to rediscover all I had learned before!

Keep up with it, it is an incredible game. I am so shocked that more people haven't jumped at this one.

Hi, zoz, Jo-Ann, your tips really helped! (: But still, am unsure bout how to find the sports equipment room. Am afraid of breaking the wire, still heheh Oh, I tried placing the magenta piece below the green Libra sign as well, and got told the same thing - that a white tile is needed. I managed to get into 2F, class 2, grade 2, but then Susie hurt her foot here. But there is some sort of a gateway from this classroom, to Class One, Grade Two. Not sure if I should continue from here, but I've saved this in another slot, just in case

@Jo-Ann, Yes! It is an incredible game haha really enjoying it, although it can be confounding/confusing sometimes :) I really appreciate you helping me (:

I broke the wire too. :( And then I decided to go with Lisa and now the other girls are gone. No more help. :(

My current mission is to explore B2 but the doors are locked and I have no idea where to find new keys.

I think I had Jenny break the wire on the wrong doors, can't get into 3F class 1, 2F class 1,2 or 1F class 1 to name a few rooms.

I know how to solve the tv puzzle but because I can't get in those rooms I can't solve it.

Need a key!

Aww... :( I hope you find one soon!
Well, I've saved several versions, and I'd tried her using the wire on different doors, but they've all broken around this time. Do you mean that the door where the wire broke determines the course of the game too?
I decided to reload the version I saved before I got into that room, and I chose another one, and lo, I found the blue book with the grey piece inside. I managed to get the Key of Wood, and using the code, I managed to clear the stairwell with the green walls - which, I am pretty sure is behind the gates in the East Corner of 2F. THIS is where I broke the wire this time, cos I tried having Jenny help me get through. But I'd decided by now that it would break no matter what door I tried to get open, so I left it alone, and didn't reload.

I played on, and using the Key of Wood though, I entered the door with the Leo sign, but didn't collect anything from there, and daren't try heating anything on the pan, just in case I blow up (I'd previously tried mixing the blue liquid with water from the pool, and died, but luckily I saved my game). I'm trying to figure out how to get to the sports equipment room, but no clue. :( Help, please... And I don't have access to any of those rooms you mentioned too, but I guess that'll come later...?

the room with the pan will take water. Later, I have read that you can find a lighter then you can put in the Ga metal strip, but I have never made it that far.

When you click on the map, what does it say your current mission is? Maybe I can help you because we are playing the same line game

Okay, thanks again, Jo-Ann! (: My current mission, is to Go to the First Floor and Find the Map.

Oh oh!! I just found it!! I happened to click on the door with the red light above it, and then saw that i actually have the Key of Wood to open it. Am inside now. :D Not sure how far I can get from here, but it seems that every time, after I post something asking for help here, I stumble across something like this haha. Will let you know how it goes (: I think you definitely have more keys and puzzle pieces than me, but if I find anything, I'll let you know (:

Ahh...now I've managed to open that door with the Pisces sign at the swimming pool, and I've lost Lisa. My mission now, is to get to the teaching building, and then find a way to get to the basement.

Awesome! You should be getting close to finding the sports equipment room then. Can you enter the grey door in front of you?

Are you with Jenny and Suzie? Is there a third girl with you?

I think you need the spade key to get into B1. I got it late last night and can't remember where, sorry, but it only got me into one room that gave me nothing but locked doors!

Sorry if I abandoned you two, but I have to quit for a while. I've gotten several endings, but no "True Ending". It's kind of pitiful that, after writing a WT, I'm still getting stuck everywhere. Old age, lol :\

I have managed to get the piece of paper with the coordinates(?) and directions

LOL Zoz, I was farther along in the summer than I am now with the English version! I had a few more classrooms open but no idea how I managed that. Maybe I asked Jenny to open some easier doors last time? I wonder if having her open doors she can't unlock maybe degrades the paper clip faster?

Surely a game of this caliber would allow you to reach good endings no matter what line you start with and no matter what choices you make, right? I have faith that it is just a matter of figuring out what to do in each line.

Yes, I'm with Suzie and Jenny. i chose not to follow Lisa, so it's just us now, minus that other girl whom I mistakenly called Lisa in a previous comment. Trying to get to the basement to find her now (: So yeah, I found the tile on the pool table, and found inverted 963 on it, which I then used on those digits above the frame up the other stairwell. Going to find out what to do with the coordinates I found now. All the best with re-finding your Spade Key! (:

And it's okay, zoz! (:

And sorry for the late comments by the way, and seeing yours so long after, so it seems that what I'm saying is lagging or a little disjointed. I keep getting rerouted back to the first page of the comments after each post, and even when I get back to the current page, I miss out on what you guys are saying if I forget to refresh heheh :)

@pink was there also a number (1717) behind that panel? If so, then that can be used in the computer room on 2F to unlock another stairwell.

The coordinates/directions clue is for the panel outside a room on 3F. Use the stairwell that gets unlocked to access taht area

Oh yes, yes, there was!! Thanks, Jo-Ann! :D

Okay, so I'm up the stairwell, and I've found the panel, but sadly, I don't know how to input the coordinates. I'm confused. :(

@Jo-Ann, I got a spade key! I don't know if you've gotten this one already, but I decoded the symbols outside the theater, and that gave me a spade key :)

ok, what are your coordinates? From Zoz's WT

Does that help? You should also be able to go through another door and find the entrance to the music room. Not sure if the door is unlocked for you now

@Pink, yes I have the spade key... ALSO go back in to the auditorium and the clue has changed. Enter the new code into the same place and get something else. Can't remember what though sorry

Does anyone know where you get the third stairwell code for the computer? (top left code) pretty sure that will lead me into B1. Would love to open a new area

Ah, alright, I'll go back and figure it out. Although, it's still a bit confusing, I should be able to get it. My coordinates are
0E --> 30 E <-- 30 S Down 60S Up
And yes, I went back and took another pic of the seat placements in the theater, but can't seem to figure out how exactly they are placed in the panel outside, so am going to go back to that later :)

There is a code box outside the 2F west hallway. You can place two shape keys there then punch in a 5 digit code. Anyone figure that one out?

hi all :)
Jo-Ann hint what you're looking for is in B1 Front Hallway - door on Key of Earth - this key is in the room in 1F East Corner - door with black puzzle - key is on the bookstand

I have successfully entered the room using your tips for the coordinates, and got a blue piece. But the sequence for the theater symbols still confounds me. For the first code, it was dark coloured to light coloured. For this sequence, I tried applying the info from the first code, to rows, columns, but none of these seem to be working. Hmm... Also, I need to find out what it is I need to do with that panel outside the music room - the one with all the Do's

Hello grzegania! Nice to see you again!

I don't have that black puzzle key! I have 10 in total but am missing that black one!

@Pink for the do panel outside the music room. When you press the red button above a doorway it plays a song, this song

Sol, si, la, re
Sol, la, si, sol
Si, sol, la, re
Re, la, si, sol

When you place your shape keys in the space above where it says do, you will get a number. if the number is 1, then you change the do to the first part of the song - sol. If the number is 11, than you count 11 into the song and get la. Make sense?

@Pink, from above

@ # $ % @ #
# $ % @ # $
$ % @ # $ %

Now, go back to the hall and put this new code in and retrieve a Pink tile.

the black puzzle is in 1F Main Porch, but I'm not so sure if in B line we could go there

Does anyone know whether the code using the theater symbols work according to row or column the second time round, or is it something else?

@grzegnania, no not in 1F main porch. Think I need to place my battery there to get that puzzle piece?

Darn!

Pink - count by row - from left to right (from top to down)

Wow, thank you sooo much, Jo-Ann!! :)

@Pink. First, I worked out the pattern. I had 4 symbols that repeated in a row, then the row below started by shifting over one. the front rows were not labeled so I have to go through and figure out what those symbols would be. Then you find the seats that are labeled on the chart and place the symbols outside the auditorium like before

Jo-Ann probably yes, but if you do it, you couldn't use it in elevator - i think that is only way to go to Basement in B line

only in E line I was in this room with 99 x 99 hint to 3rd code in computer

Thanks, Grsegania :) My comments feed is lagging again, but I'll work on these two based on all your tips now :) You guys are so nice, and really awesome :)

Grzegania, I remember placing the battery in 1F and moving a wall. Then I had access to more of the porch. Must be another way

only in E line I found the Earth Key :/

Well, I need to turn in now. Got too absorbed and forgot the time. But I'll be back tomorrow to continue. Once again, thank you (:

game is huge and even in English is difficult :D only the puzzles are now more understood

Here's 3 ways to get into the Picses room off the pool, depending what scenario you're in:

1) If you can get into the rec room, work the picture puzzle above the pool table (order=food chain). This will give you the puzzle piece to open the door. And grab the tile off the pool table, it has a code on the back.

2)If you go with Lisa, you'll come back here after hearing an explosion, and find the puzzle piece already in the door. In this scenario I assume the other 3 girls fell through the floor.

3)If you leave the rec room with Sally, Jenny and Suzie, or just Jenny and Suzie (if you haven't found Sally yet), Jenny reveals that she found ths puzzle piece on the floor somewhere, and will open the door for you. When you go in, Sally falls through the floor. I don't know of any way to avoid this.

In scenarios 2 & 3, there will be no need to work the picture puzzle; you'll find it already done.

I'm working on an E game where I'm avoiding finding Sally as long as possible, but I'm not to that point yet. Not sure what happens if you enter the Picses room without her.

@grzegania, I found the key of earth in the A line, but only if I use the battery to move the wall; then there's a black puzzle piece outside which opens the door next to the rec room. Key is on top of shelf. But, there's no place to use it if you can't get to the parking garage (B2), which you can only do by putting your battery in the elevator! So I'm very curious about what's behind that door in B2...

Gonna try and answer a couple of questions. But first notice that we are almost at 600 comments, so we'll wrap to a new page soon.

@Just1 seems that there are many situations in this game where it seems that you can't move forward (as your example above) because if you do one thing, you can't do another. That is why I think that there must be another way around it, but we just haven't figured it out.

I know in another game, I placed the battery to move the wall and had that black shape key, but then I can't get down to B1 or B2.

There must be another way...

@Jo-Ann asked "There is a code box outside the 2F west hallway. You can place two shape keys there then punch in a 5 digit code. Anyone figure that one out?"
Refer to the WT,...

Enter the room and take the White Clover key from the podium (you won’t need this key unless you want to exit through the Pisces door for a lesser end)."
To get the lighter, you'll need the Heart key to get into a room on the 4th floor.

I have a saved game in every line but D now, and haven't found the paper clip anywhere - does anyone remember what room it's in?

Jo-Ann wrote: "@grzegnania, no not in 1F main porch. Think I need to place my battery there to get that puzzle piece?"

There is a way to get to the basement without using the elevator - I did it today in the C line. You have to get the Green wheel for the Statue and drain the swimming pool, then use the Red Wheel to go from the bottom of the pool to the basement.
The only way I can think of right now to get that Green wheel is the way I did it today: I went through the Star Puzzle in the anteroom off the Pisces locker room, which I got to after solving the number puzzle in the Virgo room.
See above for more information on these puzzles.
