2 to go, Phone doesn't work and unsure of the pipe arrow clue...

for pipe, put handle on and turn to up arrow then check ditch for another scarecrow. Phone you use at the end after you have them all.
colour are from scarecrows hats left to right.

This is a bit embarrassing..but where is the phone? I have no men to catch...and have clicked all over the place. I still have the sickle, but i cant find a place to slice 'n dice for a phone. Thanks.
oh........craptastic! Sorry. I was looking for a mobile phn. I forgot about the real telephone in the shack. I guess that counts as a POP. .....i would call it more of a fizzer. Sorry.
