Thought I was stuck with a flute, unlit candle, and missing one pearl - but clicked on the bed and was out - I guess it will continue tomorrow.
Apparently there are three endings - I clicked on the bed and was out, and it said "1 of 3 endings". I hadn't found a flute, or more than one pearl.
Well, lighter lights the candle, and flute was used to make Lenny sleep. Need a coffee, it seems.
Last pearl in basement, escaped with buddy and the raft!
found the raft and escaped. guess 3rd ending is escapng with that crown that has disappeared, or maybe the treasure map???
I fixed the bed, you weren't supposed to be able to sleep. Sorry! :)

where is the key for the basement trap to get pearl?
black key is for room behind pirate flag, cut it down with the sword.

Marc Habers, how did you get the ending 3. I tried to play it several times but I still got the ending 1
Where is the flute?
I'm not sure what ending it was, but I found all 3 pearls, and got the raft. Ate some more crab, met Noah at the bow, and deployed the raft.
need clue for pirate chest code...
ending 3 is going to the crab cage deck, and leave without the other kid. Now looking for #2

@Tangled - Look closely at the gold on the floor.
i can't figure out the code for the 12 lighted box. I see the rum keg numbers but can't see how that figures. I'm stuck and I'm probably missing something easy. I have a lit candle, two pearls, a lighter, and a sword.
the flute is behind the locked. Look to the right on the gold pile

I can't figure out the combination for the chest with the last pearl. I see the #'s on the casks but my mind can't figure it out.

#1 Escape with Noah
#2 dont eat crab, you run out of energy and sharks
#3 escape without Noah, you get caught by the pirate again

No in fact it WAS you. :) Because you said "you can't figure out the Roman Numeral barrels". And this gave me the idea what the clue for the pirate chest is: the barrels!!
