Circled numbers on right change colour at 12 & 9.
Have linked 12 & 9 on left with no apparent result.

I've been playing around with those numbers and the 200 on the front with no result.

Aha... I pushed Nohi from scan - nothing happened...

My can has 92 and 91, which would add to 183, not 181.

TooCule my can has the same as yours. Is there anywhere on this can an instruction to double the sum?
If so I don't recognise it.

Nothing happens but I did get out by going to the top and popping it
Not sure why it's 366, but after you get that, make a diamond with the clock hands and light up the 12 and 9. The can opens from there.
I don't know why the 366 worked for me, but it did.
I had 91 & 92 at the bottom of right side, but really didn't understand what they were pointing at.
I usually love these games, but this one totally confused me.
From a Japanese website:
The 91, 92 is the extraction temperature (抽出溫度). The right side hint give "12-->9". Use this for left side to link the red line from 12 to 9 which reveal a graph. Apply the graph on the extraction temperature (91+91+92+92) to get bottom answer.
But I still don't understand thoroughly.
I've linked all the lines to 12 and 9 but I'm not seeing a graph?
