colour code help please as its not explained well in comments I have placed paint on dots,see the tv colour code NOW WAT ,Ive tried clicking the dots in right order but nothing ygbr

this game sux clocok says 1601 more like 16.00 to me any way tried that then thought if it mirror image try that it never works,always have to resort to stupid walkthrough,these days hints left some times not really helpful
