Love these - but need help!!
open compartment on clock with SD from plant, put battery from wall niche (get knob from couch)
& D.R.A.G. the stuff ;-)
Hi Zoe! Click on bottom of plant stalk for screwdriver.
Thought the numbers underneath the little animals were for the sliders, but can't get it to work................
button from 3 digit code
combo hint clock & pattern pic
I'm not understanding how the clock and pattern code work together.
LinR,
it's maths
Knob goes on slider box
3 digit code
on pattern pic
H - 6
M - 8
S + 3
clock
hour hand at number 11
minute hand at number 9
second hand at number 3
Oh doh!! I was looking at the wrong pattern LOL. I was looking at thing behind the picture.
Thought that the numbers on pink and yellow animals (left of exit door) would be for slider box - but have tried all combinations and none work. Any hint?
can't find the battery :(
I was doing so well, but just can't do the brown button puzzle. Giving up now ...............
battery
first find knob right side in couch, put it on brown pot in wall niche, turn arrow
Use the code above fire grate on 3 pictures left of door for another puzzle
Good game but I'm afraid I have to give up on the slider puzzle left side door :(.
Paper scroll in fire grate
... but doesn't seem to tell us anything we don't already know, lol!
left 4, right 5, from top.
and when you click on the left side, the resulting picture looks as if it's the right side, and vice versa. Or maybe I just got confused, which happens a lot
Hey ipi - I've done that so many times (from top and from bottom) but nothing. Are you clicking on front panel immediately after finishing slider on both sides?
When you get it right, it lets you know immediately. It took me several tries, and then zap!
i really don't know. Did it, stepped back and it was open. But don't bother, slider really is terrible. I give up.
On slider, I think it is already in position #1..I kind of did it by accident moving one to 4 and the other to 5 at first didn't work, but then I went back to the first side and put it to 4 again and it worked...got gold key.
I have a knob from placing the star...don't know where it goes....
I also have a "knob" with a point on it like a dial.
knob from star goes left side of green drawer CB
Finally got the slider to work.
If you click on the left, the view you get looks like it is on the right.
It isn't.
Same if you click on the left, the view you get looks like you are on the right side.
Very confusing.
It didn't seem to work until I started on the right side and went down one click, then went to the left and went down one click, then back to the right and down one click, etc.
Essentially a brute force.
Once you get past that, it is more typical 512 fare.
The arrow know goes in the left side of the green dresser.
The cross knob goes on the box between the lamp and the couch.
The stones puzzle is easiest to do if you start by putting the stone that goes on the place you can see, then work the stones clockwise around the grid in the order that is revealed.
It is hard to explain, sorry.
The cross button puzzle I got randomly just as I was trying to figure out which buttons did what, so I can't help with that.
Never did anything with the bird on the wall.
Not 512's most enjoyable game.
Thank you! Alpha Omega!
pic leaves hint
top (cherry) - only the 2 greener leaves (pointing top left, pointing down)
middle (fish) - obvious (only 2 leaves, l->r)
bottom (leaf) - only the 2 small leaves, l->r)
Oh..thanks Alpha!
the puzzle make me push big red X
I'm out. The symbols is hard. I put them all in a row in order. Then put the one that looks like an A in the middle and moved all the others into place and put the A in it's place last. That doesn't sound like it makes any sense, but it's the best I can do...Alpha can you explain it better???
(oops, was playing other games & writing wt for inka)
still working on it (with breaks)...
Don't understand the clues left for the leaves. :(
Slider too hard for me.
The leaves, just go left to right in each picture. Start with the slim leaf finish with the fat leaf with serrated edge. Click them in that order. Have you got the final piece for the leaves puzzle?
my strategy at slider puzzle was to put the 2 bottom left ones (Y like & standing man with 1 arm like), then going round & round with the other, with taking out one at A like place to put the others in order
(lol & you think I can explain it better... ;-P)
key from 2 slider box is used at top black drawer for nippers
use nippers on sealed box for mole statue
put statue on pedestal below pattern pic, click statue for star
star on top of CB left of fireplace for dial knob, that goes left side of green drawer CB
It's not easy to explain the symbols slider, but try to put them in order first...then put the A-like piece in the middle and move the other pieces into their correct places, and then lastly, put the A-like piece in it's place...but that still sounds as clear as mud...
:-P
Thank you smarties!
turn knob to unlock drawer, get leaf piece, solve leaf puzzle for symbol button for slider puzzle

ΑΩ, I specifically came back into this thread because I knew you would take the time to provide all that help on these really hard to describe puzzles, and I wanted to say thanks.
Even though I got out earlier, I wanted to let you know that I appreciate all the help you provide everyone in so many of these threads.
Thank you so very much!
Now *WHAT* a slider puzzle! I liked it, but it took me 15 minutes, and that's no lie.
Wish someone could find the second ending. It MUST have to do with the lamp and the "china-paper" bird on the wall!
Plus, let's not forget the '4' and the '5' from the two toy animals on the cabinet weren't used either!
Slider hint: The problems begin once you have two neighboring pieces in the wrong position *AND* not at the position where the triangle is.
You can easily exchange them if and ONLY if both are the bottom line of the triangle shape they form together with the center hole.
So what if they aren't there?
Move one "unrelated" element to the center to have room to maneuver and go all the way clock- or counterclockwise (having the hole in the ring, not in the center!) so the swapped elements come to get positioned at the "triangle". THEN swap them;then go all the way back to where they actually belong.
Tricky stuff, but great idea. Would be a nice toy for a long train ride. LOL.
AHHH ipi you're a marvel! *THIS* is what the animals are for on the cabinet!!
They indicate the positions of the up/down sliders on the other puzzle! I was just so puzzled (pun alert) what they were for...
Good game, but good grief Flash512! Learn how to loop music that is more than 40 seconds long and doesn't stop so freakin' abruptly! Many of your games are like this!
@mst3kr That really HAD to be said, once and for all!
That always sounds as if I dug out my good ol'turntable and my 4-year-old niece always rips off the stylus and lets it drop (ouch!) somewhere on the beginning of the record...
Slider puzzle from hell! Did not like this one...
Was excited when I saw the game because I love these, but giving up on this one. Sorry 512 but this one sucked. Will look forward to the next one...
I actually loved this one, loved the slider too. Had a little trouble with the leafs though, so thanks for the spoiler for that one Alpha :)
