Morning Leroy, there is a ladder hidden bottom right of screen in view of the well and the girl.
Ladder is used to get the sign one screen to the left and to get the cat out of the tree.
First live Inka game ever for me!

Got that Leroy. In the park, click the bush for the red grasshopper. He will give you a pill, combine it with slingshot. The dog should eat it but I can't get him to face me. Behind the bush is also a bone. Go back to the well scene and use it to get the little dog.
Emmes talk to the dog to turn him round.

After having used the slingshot with the pill you can combine it with the cork from the park scene. Not yet sure for what.

Shoot cork into pipe to get bucket. Cut blanket to make ghost costume, scare brothers to get carpet. Can;t figure out how to distract doctor.

I'm just wandering round and round in circles. It's getting boring. I can't find half the stuff you guys are talking about. Like, who do I shoot the cork at? What to do with the dog? How to get bucket? Why do I keep moving the cupboard and how to distract doctor? C'mon, please explain a few things. :(
Andy, you have a map in your inventory, click the different locations to move around. Clickwik, you shoot the cork at the pipe in the house with the poor people (don't remember the name), then you get the bucket. Also, you will be able to distract the doctor once you have the fishing rod and UFO. Have to go, will check later if more hints are needed.
What fishing rod? Which UFO? I can't even get the ball and someone mentioned a skull? I have no idea what to buy the old lady or where to buy it. Oh geez.

Peter, go to the grocery shop, get seeds. Put them in the cage. Once the bird is in, close the cage and lock it (second hotspot a bit further to the right). After that, knock on the door again.
Emmes, the guy at the shop won't give up the seeds.

I have the cat and a dog and many other items which I can't use yet.
Talk to the grocer, give him back his cat. The little dog is for much later.

okay, the ball shows up after Quico and Chavo go to toss two coins in the fountain.

Full walkthrough:
Opening scene:
Talk to the lady at the fruit store to find out how much money you need.
Talk to Mr. Prudencio at the grocery store to get a mission (find the cat).
Go left.
Take the scissors left side.
Knock on door of #16 and talk to Gonzalo. He will give you a squeezer.
Go through door.
Go right.
Take slingshot, doll and ladder.
Use map to go to Park.
Try to take the orange object (helmet) from behind the bush bottom left twice.
Talk to Grasshopper to get a “tiny pill”.
Combine pill with slingshot.
Talk to the dog and when he turns round fire the pill at him.
Place the ladder by the tree and rescue the cat.
Take the ladder, helmet, cork, mallet and bone.
Map back to neighborhood.
At the pool scene (where you got the ladder etc) place the bone in the small doorway to get a dog.
Give the cat to the grocer to receive some sugar and lima beans.
Click bag beside grocer to get birdseed.
Go left and up.
Click on birdcage beside #14 to open cage door.
Place birdseed in cage and when the canary enters the cage quickly close and lock the door.
If you mistime it just get more seed and have another go until you get it right.
Knock on #14 to get Quico out then talk to him selecting option 1 each time.
When you regain control take the coins from the pool.
Talk to Quico then kick the ball anyway.
After the chat is over talk to Popis then give her the doll to get two movie tickets.
Knock at #72 and enter.
Talk to Ron Damon then try to borrow the fishing rod.
Leave the room and use the tickets at the top of the stairs.
Go back into #72 and take the headdress and fishing rod.
Talk to Chilindrina then give her the dog to receive flying saucer and earmuffs.
Exit and place the ladder at the bottom of the stairs.
Up the ladder and take the signboard.
Down the ladder, take it and knock at #71.
After cutscene go to grocer and buy milk.
Take the milk to #71 and when asked why half of it has gone select option 3.
Go to fruit shop and buy fruit.
Map to Chompiras and talk to Chimoltrufia (the lady).
Give the helmet to Chompiras to get blanket, paint and brush.
Combine cork with slingshot and shoot at pipe above the bucket.
Take bucket and glass.
Give Chimoltrufia the earmuffs to receive ladle.
Map to Chaparron.
Combine the brush with the paint then the sign.
Cut the blanket with the scissors and use the resulting ghost costume.
Talk to Chaparron then try to take the table.
Show the sign to Chaparron then take table, rug and axe.
Map to Dr. Chapatin.
Eventually open the curtains, move the cupboard and open the small window.
Combine the flying saucer with the fishing rod and place it in the small window.
Move the cupboard back and talk to the doctor.
You now have 5 seconds to whack him on the head with the mallet.
Take the skeleton and the flowers.
Map to neighborhood.
Go to pool and use the skeleton on the girl to get three buckets.
Go left twice.
Place the table on the floor and set the buckets on it.
Put the rug on the floor.
Combine headdress with axe and use on the buckets.
Use each fruit with the squeezer and a bucket.
Add sugar to each bucket.sell
Fill the glass with lemon drink using the ladle.
Talk to the baker and give him the drink.
Go left and knock at #16.
Knock again but this time select the lima beans first.
Serve Gonzalo one glass of each drink.
Serve Sr. Barriga a glass of lemon.
Talk to Quico and click through the cutscene.
Talk to Jaimico and select option 1.
Talk to him again and select option 3.
Deliver the letter and return to your stall.
Sell a Jamaica to Jaimico.
Talk to the professor and select option 2.
Give him the flowers then sell him a tamarindo.
Go and knock at #14 and take the rope from behind the chair.
Return to your stall and talk to Nono using option 3.
Give Nono the rope then sell him a drink or 10.
Go right and buy the sandwich.
Watch the end scene.
What a great message in the ending.
