Using the spoon in the glass gives the (probably exit) key, but where's the exit?

The word is used in far right scene, the left house.
number puzzle can be easily bruteforced - what I did :-P
as I didn't (& still don't) see the pattern...
So corn and broccoli are fruits?
And to be complete (saw you're out already), behind the word is the hint for the clock.
