Axe is used on the right wall (in scene with 4 digit code).
my fourth black ball was in first scene behind brick left of dots-puzzle
There are two black balls behind bricks.
The star puzzle gives it own hints.
Tennis ball is used on the rock.
I got a lever and 2 red crosses (called 'fans') and no idea where to use them.

what to do with black balls? and how to solve many arrows puzzle?

The lever is used on the painting like thing with symbols (gives the thrid fan).
I think we have to make the circles the same colour as the previous arrow, but very hard to see what's pink,purple or red and I think two kind of blues.
Black balls were used below those arrows.

Pfew finally did the arrow colours (lots of colours are really not clear). Gives a compass arrow to get the hint for the last fan.
Doing the fan colours gives the exit key.

When you got the needle/compass arrow, put it in and then click the pointers. Like if you click North, the needle goes South. So on the puzzle on the top floor, the North arrow has to point South etc.
small-tool, have you changed the colors of all circles or just the circles on your way to the big dot?
All the circles.
I can't get the arrow/circle colors, I tried so many combinations...
I tried to set circle colors the same color of next arrow too.
eg: the first circle (you can't change in bottom right) is pink, as the next arrow... but NO
any hint for circles with double arrow or big dot?
You have to look at the colour of an arrow and then make the circle that arrow is pointing to that colour.
For the circle with two arrows it's the same; one arrow with a specific colour points to a circle that has to be made that colour and the other with another colour is pointing to another circle that has to be made that other colour.

see a hammer on floor right side of top level but can't get it.
When I click on it I get some weird green screen with a blue circle?
I have handle of some kind but no hammer head or axe head?
