Use wrench beside stairs and coin on gatcha
Give capsule to frog and note colored circle below bed
Don't forget to check above bed after releasing the stairs :)

As always a lovely game. Just wish they would make a series similar to the Alice games. I miss those.

Wish I could figure out the number of the 2nd clock hint. Have 3 brushes and used the book clue, but no wrench yet.

SPOILER for Clock:

Best way is to write down the lines from the first set of flashing numbers and then write down the lines from the second set. Put them together and they'll make the following numbers:
