for the L/R clue count the leaves in the picture.
For the LR code, do not be fooled by the positions of the fish heads. Check the picture above the 2 red buttons and count leaves.

WALKTHROUGH
Loading takes some time.
Zoom in on the desk and the picture of the little hen. Remember the path she's walking to the corn.
Zoom in on the little house on the left, and on the black screen. Walk the squares as the hen shows. Open the door of the house, take 1/5 puppet and a star-knob.
Place the star on the pink box on the shelf, click it, open the lid, take 2/5 puppet.
Zoom in on the picture of the cabbage, count the starry ends.
Open the top drawer of the cupboard in the corner, take the red knob.
Open middle drawer of the cabinet for 3/5 puppet.
Open right drawer and take red knob.
Place the red knobs on the green box on the desk. Zoom in on the picture above it.
Left = three leafs, right = 2 leafs.
Zoom in on the picture of branches with fish-heads, whatever ..
Click the red knobs in the order as the leafs show, don't mind the direction of the fish-heads. sneaky sneaky.
Click the picture above it, take 4/5 puppet and doghead.
Dogear can be found in the right drawer of the desk.
Place the two pieces on the body at the table.
Read the paper on the table.
Zoom in on the statue on the cabinet, give the puppets to the figurine.
Drag the puzzle pieces away from the frame and put them in place, zoom out and click figurine, take the doorkey.
