What to do with 501?

Tessa, spray paint green the three "bars" you got. Then put those bars over the 501 to change the number and get the exit code

501 yields the final solution when you have the spray and three sticks (or whatever they are).

Three sticks?

Please elaborate.

Get the three bars or sticks from opening the safe with the shapes code. Paint them with the green paint from opening Roman Numeral puzzle. The put the now-green sticks on the 501 LED display to change the number

Agreed; nice game - however, it wouldn't work in FF, but did in Chrome. Just so's ya know :)
