Solved in less than a minute

I got stuck for a while and couldn't get the thing off from the chair. Finally it came off while I had the cutter hi-lighted, but I don't know what I did differently.

I think something's a little buggy about this game. I played a second time and this time the cutter could not be hi-lighted after getting the key. I got out much faster the 2nd time but still don't know how I got the handle.

The cutter was used twice - to get the key and to get the door handle.

I can't play these anymore. The page loads but there's just a white space where the game should be. I'm using Chrome.
