Use scraper to see hint on tiles below table and then count letters to get the 4 letter code.
Hippo photo + clue on wall = letter code for closet
Tiles next to the cupboard is the 4 digit hint for the code box inside the cupbaord (on the box a hint as well).
Cleaned the smudge in the far right room, but don't understand the hint about the leaf. Is it a language problem?

Don't get "RED" clue, gibberish on clean drawer...
I thought the red-der clue had to be used in combination with the jigsaw pieces to solve the 3x3 grid, but no go :(
Besides the R can be blue or green.
Tried to use colours on "Director" + jigsaw positions on 4x3 grid, both ways, no luck
Useless hat, useless tube, can zoon green leaf but nothing

Ah thanks, so it was the 3 digit hint.
Then (with the battery) the owl gives the left right hint and then you get a magnifier for the leaf.
Pc gives the 3x3 grid hint and then you can open the hatch in the floor and use the tube and helmet.

wall squares are hint for blue box in locker. First number 8
computer password is on plant after magnifying glass is enabled.
combine jigsaw colors next to computer with computer clue for 9 square box puzzle.
