Have opened 2 portals. Picked up too much junk in first scene so started over. Need another portal key to open another portal. Pointy stones go in 1st scene - will disappear if placed correctly.
I also have a color clue but nowhere to use it yet. In 2nd portal there is a puzzle with rotating lines. need hint. Tried to get water for bucket in pool scene, but no luck.
Solved my own problem! Lily from 2nd portal scene goes in pool in 1st portal scene. Get clue for rotating lines. POP.
Picked up 3rd portal key while aimlessly clicking around in 2nd portal scene.
Unloaded some of the statues in invisible spots in 3rd portal room.
Hint for 4th portal room: Place round stone face between 2 columns.
Hint: Carved door goes in opening scene.
Where exactly did you place the stone face? Which scene? Which columns?
Hint: get portal key for 5th portal after placing 2 crystals in 4th scene (scene with stone face)

Hint: Lion statue goes in the portal scene. Also, can fill bucket in well in same scene.
Can't find last portal key. Also don't know what to do with the purple vortex thing?
The scene with the bridge uses three different clues to solve: a colour clue, a number clue, and an 'XO' clue, all of which are in other rooms.
Hi Charlie! the stone face goes in between the 2 white columns, near the top, in a colesseum scene- it is the 4th room that you open.
how to open 4th room?
In the scene with the bridge and red & white circle, you place the arrow on the circle for a portal key. The arrow is very well hidden in the 2nd portal colosseum scene under the inventory bar. Just move your cursor slowly along the bottom of the left hand side.

IzzyB--what's the last room you opened? Did you find the portal key in it?
Hint: water the tan kidney bean things with the bucket of water for more stuff.
Thanks Maximom...no wonder I can't find those damn columns...no 4th room for me. I give up.
I have 5 portal keys (all used), a full bucket of water (used on the potato chip things), an arrow (used on the target on the bridge), and one extra cone-shaped stone that doesn't have a place yet. I still need to open one more portal and the only room I haven't found a portal key in is the one with the water well and the purple swirling vortex. Not sure what to do next.
Charlie, did you find the arrow in the 2nd portal room? You use that key in the 3rd portal room for the 4th portal room key.
Beatnik, i think that extra cone shaped stone goes in colosseum scene, bellow the circle with the directional rectangles
Wahoo! Got the last portal key! In the scene with all the windows (the second room I opened I think) there is a place for my last stone that I hadn't noticed before. Once that was placed, I went back to the fountain/well scene and the portal key was there.
Oh, I'm out. I guess the last portal key was all I needed. The vortex thing was just hiding the last portal key I guess.
Smashing, I just saw your comment--yes, that's the item I needed to place. Once all the items are placed, the last portal key appears.
i dont' have the 5th room open. and can't find where to put lion statue?

Izzy, the lion statue will go in the 5th portal room on the left near the bottom. There is kind of a ledge there. Did you place the 2 cystals under the stone face (below the pillars) yet? That should give you a key.

I am still struggline with the green dot clue in the river bridge scene. Anyone? Thanks!
Maximom, in the colosseum scene, above that circle with the directional rectangles, is a clue for those dots. It should look like this:

It is one of the clues you use in that river bridge scene. Notice you can also change background colours (hint in scene with pool), and the numbers (hin in the Fountain of Trevi Scene)
Hint: broken column goes in 3rd portal scene (that's the river bridge scene with the red/white circle). Place inside top big arch, 2nd from right.

So stuck - Missing bits n pieces - Can't get the green dot puzzle right - I have the hints; crosses/circles - colours - numbers - but can't figure out the order of the numbers - Bah !
These hints are not that helpful. I opened one portal and I don't even know how. I can't open anything else. How do the portals open???
I think i am only missing one lense - can anyone please help?
@Jenny: They open with the Ankh-shaped objects that the game calls "portal keys". They only open specific ones and the portals don't open in any real order.
I am also missing a lens (what the game calls a "crystal"). I've solved everything else except the two pink circle/pink ankh puzzle in the bath house scene. Does anyone know what to do there (or point me in the direction of the clue)?
forgotten one, I think that is just a clue to where the white portal key will be below the moon face. It is hard to see on that white area. Still haven't found the last crystal and can't find a walkthrough anywhere!
I found the last crystal! He is in the last stage with the well at the top of the vortex (it is difficult to see under the bar objects). After installing Cristal I need to go back to the scene. Instead vortex key will appear. Good luck!
