Have opened 2 portals. Picked up too much junk in first scene so started over. Need another portal key to open another portal. Pointy stones go in 1st scene - will disappear if placed correctly.
ReplyDeleteI also have a color clue but nowhere to use it yet. In 2nd portal there is a puzzle with rotating lines. need hint. Tried to get water for bucket in pool scene, but no luck.

ReplyDeleteHi Charlie! the stone face goes in between the 2 white columns, near the top, in a colesseum scene- it is the 4th room that you open.

ReplyDeleteIn the scene with the bridge and red & white circle, you place the arrow on the circle for a portal key. The arrow is very well hidden in the 2nd portal colosseum scene under the inventory bar. Just move your cursor slowly along the bottom of the left hand side.

ReplyDeleteI have 5 portal keys (all used), a full bucket of water (used on the potato chip things), an arrow (used on the target on the bridge), and one extra cone-shaped stone that doesn't have a place yet. I still need to open one more portal and the only room I haven't found a portal key in is the one with the water well and the purple swirling vortex. Not sure what to do next.

ReplyDeleteWahoo! Got the last portal key! In the scene with all the windows (the second room I opened I think) there is a place for my last stone that I hadn't noticed before. Once that was placed, I went back to the fountain/well scene and the portal key was there.

ReplyDeleteIzzy, the lion statue will go in the 5th portal room on the left near the bottom. There is kind of a ledge there. Did you place the 2 cystals under the stone face (below the pillars) yet? That should give you a key.

ReplyDeleteMaximom, in the colosseum scene, above that circle with the directional rectangles, is a clue for those dots. It should look like this:

It is one of the clues you use in that river bridge scene. Notice you can also change background colours (hint in scene with pool), and the numbers (hin in the Fountain of Trevi Scene)
Hint: broken column goes in 3rd portal scene (that's the river bridge scene with the red/white circle). Place inside top big arch, 2nd from right.

ReplyDelete@Jenny: They open with the Ankh-shaped objects that the game calls "portal keys". They only open specific ones and the portals don't open in any real order.
ReplyDeleteI am also missing a lens (what the game calls a "crystal"). I've solved everything else except the two pink circle/pink ankh puzzle in the bath house scene. Does anyone know what to do there (or point me in the direction of the clue)?
forgotten one, I think that is just a clue to where the white portal key will be below the moon face. It is hard to see on that white area. Still haven't found the last crystal and can't find a walkthrough anywhere!
ReplyDeleteI found the last crystal! He is in the last stage with the well at the top of the vortex (it is difficult to see under the bar objects). After installing Cristal I need to go back to the scene. Instead vortex key will appear. Good luck!
