after opening 1st door there are 5 colored flowers but on left door need only 4 letters

Need 2 skulls, Yen and pound signs and one gold coin. Nothing left in inventory and cannot find a clue for the slider or puzzle with buttons above the door.

That square clue is complicated, follow front from top to bottom and put each corner according to the inner cirner of each letter, no outer ones
addition clues for 5 red squares, so spoiler ahead

combine 5 letters in cage scene with 3x3 letter grid to get letter positions. for every position you have to build inner lines (eg, for top left position, you need lines on right and bottom).
use this clue on red 5 squares...
Iron balls go on green pipe, get coin, skull and some paper with circles
That paper goes on numbers for 4#
