Hi : ) Not sure what is supposed to happen with ball puzzle. I've taken it all the way round (anti-clockwise) to where it turns green and travels through the clear space - but then it just stops again. No change.
I've also tried to stop the moving ball - impossible!

Why do these games treat teddy bears so badly? Stab the teddy - get 3rd key. Don't get new clue yet.
And stuck. Need crowbar to lift grid in S 8. Looks like ladder is there to go down to another level. Still no luck with ball puzzle.
Need 2 more masks. No hint yet for coloured squares puzzle or ram's horns. Taking a break - will check back later.
For the spinning ball puzzle, I just held onto the RH one and made it go round in the opposite direction from the LH one (clockwise) and did it twice. It stopped and stayed green and the safe opened. Got a stick and a disc.

Sharon Raymond ,no) I found and put one and one mask disappeared.I once was playing and had already put a mask in place,when all of them gathered.
Have enjoyed this series except for a few missteps with puzzle design. I'm sorry but I can't think of anything nice to say about this episode. The puzzles are just plain awful. I'm done with these. Red X.
The ball puzzle, the picture with the arrow clue, and the color puzzle clue were all crap. These ones aren't worth playing anymore.
The ball puzzle worked for me by taking it clockwise around, without touching the sides, and holding in place when green, until the other ball reached the green area, then it opened
The picture clue with up arrow is as Nafanja says, start at the bottom fish, duck, stag, leaf, cloud
