to solve pic puzzle you need to spill coffee on floor and clean it using rag.

I´m stuck with 6 books, eyedropper, a pen, blank paper, bowl, key, magnifyer, banana and apple.

yup! fruits have gone. But it´s a very poor clue.
Only colours were red/yellow :)
There was a space between bnanas and apple, so I thought I had to get the lemon from cb.
Now I got a 25 from aircon, but no idea whre to use it.

Finally out. The temperature on the air conditioner is a clue for the gold/white buttons in the middle room. Everything came together after that.

Figuring out what the bananas and apple clue was trying to tell me was nearly impossible. Once I got that, everything fell into place relatively easy (although half of the challenge was trying to figure out exactly how the game wanted you to combine the objects; it wasn't very straightforward in many cases). Overall, it was a pretty good game.
