I'm missing one lever, key for tools and something to smash conrete wall in far right room. any idea?

The thread under a chair is a fake clue. All you need for magnet is a metal rod and then you can fish something fro under a skirt board.

Also coloured beads get entered as you see them, left to right regardless of colour. Hope the above two clues help newcomers to exit.
