You have to use the knife on the security card before you can use it.

I opened p p p p l L. Opened the room. Where to apply the screwdriver? The panel near the door a lot of buttons are not active.A bucket of more water not gaining.

To open the new cell, look at the bars of that cell for the hint (make the other buttons black).
a small tool ,on the second map, too? I have a second card inserted. Can't see tooltips for many buttons.

Wash the mirror on the left
For the two buttons hint you need to clear a spot on left first. Use a bucket of water. Stuck in kitchen now with a Pan :P
Actually the Tip on the mirror.. I like this game on the taps..

Not get 2 red buttons to push on the mirror. l p l p p l is not working. The mirror also. There is a screw. The valve probably need.

You have to combine the hint from the mirror with the red/blue taps on both sides.
I think it was LRLLRL
look where the 2 red buttons are at mirror
use your pan again to fill with oil.

after using pliers, hang bucket with water from pan on hook in kitchen
Nafanja, outside you open the cupboard with balls on top, card on the shelf.
Now looking for a funnel.
Outside; cut the basketball with the knife to get the funnel to use your frying pan with oil.

there's a slot for SD (used as handle) right of gate outside
After filling the oil, check the panel above it and then you can use your C card on the gate and still not out, again new rooms.

Kind of stuck inside that new house/room. The three shapes code is on the door of the office. The cloth you get is used on the inside of the office windows and now what ?

Yep, saw that paper, but no idea where to use. But I did the balance thingy (first put the knife in your frying pan before using it).
So, missing one ball and no idea about the 3 digit code and the hot danger thingy.

I have 1 red ball. Code ,need a rag to wipe the window to the room with the red chair,then look on the other side of the shelf. Curly code on the door,there is a square ,rhombus,square. I don't know what form to put..

And now that note in the plant next to the door makes sense. Use the thing you get from the 3 digits on the hot/danger thingy and then use the funnel to get the last ball.

Great game. I SO overthought the L/R on the bath... Was trying to match it up with the red/blue taps and ended up with a huge code!

Bee Have - you might just have to try at different times. I was able to get in when it was first posted. Then tried again later and couldn't. Then tried at night and got in again. It does take a long time to load. (I'm using Firefox)
Just tried now and I got in but it took 3-4 minutes to load
Janet, I have tried at diff times.. still doesnt open. I used to ply Neatescape games all the time with no prob.. ho-hum
..and thank you for responding to my cry for help!
Another thing to check is that your java is up to date and that your cache is emptied - if you search other recent neat escape games (Camper, Bar, Park), many people had trouble loading - including me!
