btw about the movie (if someone remember it, too):
the guy couldn't escape, then he was transported with the phone booth itself to a big hall, where loads of booths with ppl in different states of, um, decay were stored (some of them were still alive - if that wasn't creepy :-o)...

well, I'm really not sure anymore, maybe it was a remake I saw (the one you mentionned may be the original?)...

I have lots of hints and no idea where to put any of them.

I need the hint for the 4 symbols box on the floor?

Jenny, the symbols are found on the coins you get from the telephone. Examine them from your inventory.

POP got it finally found that pesky colour code.

I believe you get the coins from the underside of the phone, that is from the scene where you are looking up at the ceiling.

don't overthink the colors like i did...
