For up/down puzzle, use heights of chairs.
Binoculars used twice (cars and hot air balloon).
argh, can't find 3-digit box anymore ☻
3-digit box is underneath the pie chart. No idea where screwdriver is used.

to open balcony door after unlocking, zoom out first
Clever, naturally I clicked all over that frog but must have missed the hotspot for the spoon.
now I can plunge into all those icecreams - yay!
Just remember, you can't spoil your dinner by eating ice cream first, as long as your dinner IS ice cream!

How do you work out the symbols? I see the spoiler (thanks Alpha) but don't see how they correlate.
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out the heights of the ice cream cones...dying!
Thaihoney - the pie chart has numbers and different size slices of pie. Smallest piece = smallest cone.

Alright, I'm still stuck...seems people moved ahead of me and started giving clues after that. I have a spoon, a screwdriver, binoculars (have 2 color nos, and the 3-digit code (used), and a number for the frog. Haven't used the screwdriver or spoon and not sure where the clue for the pic frame is located. Haven't opened any windows or doors except where frog is sitting.
Maybe someone will be helped by any answers to my questions, but I am watching w/t. :)
If video is available, I prefer to watch it because I can stop it when it gets to the place I'm stuck instead of having to look at all clues in order to find what I need. Thanks everyone.

I found the "E" - where the first of four ice cream bins are - right in front of my nose!

I was stuck on blue and yellow numbers for a while--visible from where you place the ladder (look at the wall to the right)

I've missed something. I've gone through twice now, cause I thought I must have skipped the order of things the first time. Where is the ladder? What's with the pink umbrella? Can't find the last letter, O. Someone help me, please.
Get ladder from tied up cabnet and put by pink umbrella o is on top

Nice and smooth game, but for the cones height - had to watch video walkthrough for that. If any later player has enough hints above and only needs that piece here is the height of cones
