Found all 45 gems, but without 2nd yellow column for room 3, outlines for gems won't appear and it is too tiresome to place the remaining gems blindly. The puzzle paper under the inventory bar is unclickable and you need a magnifier for the clue paper in last scene. I am guessing that the puzzle in scene 1 would give you the remaining yellow column. CG8 has made several games like this in the past that could not be completed because the puzzle is stuck under the bar.
If anyone should manage to get that puzzle paper to appear, please post. Thanks.

I spent so much time looking for a place for the items and moving the clock back and forth to place gems :(
Yeah, this developer has used this same template many times and has never fixed the issue of being unable to enter the code so there is no way to get the 2nd Roman column. However, you can still finish the game as you only need to place the 45 smaller gems to get out. For the 3rd scene, since you cannot see the slots for the gems to go into, you have to place them blindly. They all go on the left side of the screen except one of the purple crystals goes at the bottom about a 3rd of the way from the right, and the good news is that you don't need to be very precise for them to fall into place (you'll know you've got it when they disappear from your inventory).
