I'm guessing language barrier. I've tried everything I can think of with those 2 numbers...

Not 35 for me.. maybe it differs from game to game.. I'm working on the logic but getting nowhere so far lol
Here's the text in case any of you wanna try decoding it:

It's very simple, we just need to know the readings.
For example:
２．６ 保護された自由の中 -> Hogo sareta jiyuu no naka -> ほごされたじゆうのなか
If we take the 2nd and 6th kana, we have: ごじ
Doing the same with the other 2 phrases we get another 4 kana:
2nd phrase: ゆう
3rd phrase: いち
All 3 together: ごじゅういち －＞ 五十一 －＞ ５１
Second puzzle (may also differ from game to game):

心臓の数は耳の半分
目玉は耳より３つ少ない

heart number is half of ear number
eyeball number is 3 smaller than ear number

Last puzzle:
In my case, the memo beside the girl told me:
様品 + 庭 = 5
穴品 * 様先 = ?
The "ク" and the "オ" above each Kanji mean the Kunyomi and the Onyomi readings.
For example: the 1st kanji (様) is read "さま" (sama) by the kunyomi reading and "よう" (you) by the onyomi reading.
After choosing between the readings for each Kanji shown on the memo, we have (in my case):
さま ひん + にわ = 5
あな しな * よう せん = ?
The arrows tell you what Kana you should take from each Kanji. For example:
さま (様) with arrow pointing up - take the 1st kana (さ)
Do that for the rest and you should end up with:
さ ん + に = 5 (3 + 2 = 5)
な な * よ ん = ? (7*4 = ?)
So the answer is 28.
The puzzle is different for different game.
2.5 死後の世界で
5.9 深き池を渡るもの
4.6 それは名も無き獣
This one results "ごかけるなな" -> 5x7 = 35
For the puzzle:
2.4 白は苦しみを産む
...
--> ろくじゅうに --> 62
In other words, we need to read the language...
Second puzzle:
目玉は耳と心臓を足した.....
eyeball = ear + heart
heart = 1/3 of eyeball
eyeball, ear, heart all even number
心臓の数は目玉の2倍.....
heart is two times of eyeball
ear is one more than heart
eyeball is four less than ear
Third puzzle:
孫 x 坂本 --> ご x さん --> 5 x 3 = 15
原道 x 黒黒 --> はち x ろく --> 8 x 6 = 48
