Not understanding numbers on wall. Do they relate to the pic frame or the safe in same room?

For those who miss the chop block sequence. Go to tree and get another veggie. It will repeat.

8th cucumber is one from tree in inventory
Have 6 cucumbers and wars not the paycode out of wall, how do you get him? no idea
Hab code have all the input entered as wall stands and only sunbathets, cucumber on tree depends every time new, cabinet I have all the subjects and also picture, cat still s.napf.wie continue? Have only 6 cucumbers and a part key is still missing
