Follow the hint (word-chain) to know what 4-dig number to input as well as the letter order.

start with vit. A, first number for the code is 7, last number is 2, look for next number starting with 2 as second number for the code

U have C----T -> T--- E -> E----A. According to the the hint u take T E A.
Do the same with the the five 4-dig numbers and with the vitamin letters
Word Chain - last letter of previous word becomes first letter of next word. Not sure how to generate a 4-digit number from that. No value for T or R, unless it's completely over my head.

Word chain is when you link together words by matching the first and last letters:
Apple -> Eggplant -> Tomato -> Orange
Apply this idea, however, to the numbers to determine the order of the vitamins, as well as the 4# code, which will just happen to be the numbers that join the chain together.

this makes no sense to me. how do you apply it to the numbers. will need a real good walk through on this one..... how do you decide which number to start with? and why?
okay so i guessed you start with 7 and got 7218 and it worked. now what to do with letters..... have no clue.... :(

Form the chain of the 5 vitamin numbers (match first digit and last digits among the vitamin numbers). D starts off the chain. For the number use the 4 linking numbers (don't count first digit of D). For the letters (only active after solving numbers for some reason) use all 5 in the order they are linked (start with D). For the last puzzle on the bottom, pick the name found elsewhere on the bottle and click the little green dot. Then, for some reason, the top opens.
