hi guys, had to leave for a while

thanks Maggie but I have no idea what to do next, no tv and all in got are those 2 shelves and jigsaw

Daz. look at the placement of the snowflakes on the 4 colored packages. Red, blue, yellow, green. Then look at the left picture on the wall. That'll give you clue to the right puzzle by the couch. I think that's where I got the remote.

Just replayed. The remote is in the cabinet to the right of the couch.
