Okay, the cones were in the first scenes without opening a new door. Maybe you need good eyes to see the loose brick in the right wall in the scene before you come to the door with slots. Use knife there.
Hi, I played this one earlier. When you get to a pipes puzzle, only one of at least two possible solutions actually works. Place two vertical pipes at the bottom.
knife is also used in scene with green star clue...
There's some bad logic in the game. You have to BF the pink buttons to get to their clue. Unless it's been fixed since I played a couple of hours ago. I want to say the clue is 2134, read vertically.

I have a yellow card which doesn't go to its slot. But I'm still missing the green one, maybe it will work at the end.

meritneith, put all colored cards in top row first...
Had the same problem with green but that went into first slot (top row left), and I could put the yellow one into the third, have to move them now.

Where's the knife? All I have is a blue button, 2 cones and a trowel.
I hope we don't have to collect 16 wheels - I've got one so far.
The knife was in one of the first scenes... I think somewhere when you go into the middle corridor in start scene. Was it in plain sight?
Turtle backs go to the slots in first scene after opening bridge with the coloured cards.
There are 5. You'll get the hint later.
Axe is also used on box in green star clue scene, had missed that until now. Knife is for sewer near down arrow.

sunshine, you can use trowel on the ground in first scene in right tube...
And just found the clue in new scene. Sunshine, did you find the knife? Otherwise I'd open a new game.

My plan is to get the last green thingy from the wheels and be finished then.

Found the knife by using the trowel to dig in the dirt first scene in the middle (large) tunnel.
Now I have 6 barrels, 5 brown clothes, a stone and a bunch of coloured buttons and no clue what to do with any of them.
had to double check all of the color discs, all in correct place so I moved one disc out and back in, finally opened the door.
Again, I'd caution another game company to watch where they're pulling their art from. A lot of this "sewerage" is from the Fallout video games, which means if Bethesda/Zenimax sees this, they're going to be a little upset.
You need to click on the clues, otherwise it doesn't work!
Pipes "snaggy" will not work, although a valid path. Stack one straight pipe on top of the other straight pipe from the bottom as Merit said. (I was confused)
