For the flowers in start scene 3 is the highest 1 is lowest.

Clue for flowers is in the scene with 4 snakes, left of them on logs.

Shovel is used in scene with 5 dots clue on tree

Torch for tree trunk in scene with clue for 5 flowers on rock in earlier scene.

Missing one berry and one butterfly

mystery, there was a berry in hole. scene where you place butterflies, and one was in tree hole, if that helps
