It's avm logic (but also used by other makers). Sometimes it's the order and sometimes it's the amount.

AVM logic, lol! But once in a while they throw in something you don't have to overthink. Maybe it's their version of "Gotcha!" ;)

cannot get the n s e w puzzle in scene 5

You need the paper from placing two apples for that.

Ignore colors, only use directions. Colors are for another puzzle.

Dezza, I already closed the game but if you mean the ball slider, north is the very top of the slider, south is the very bottom, east and west are the ones sticking out most at the sides. Color of the text from the clue paper coordinates with where each ball goes.

thank you how silly was trying to use colors....ouch
