Picture puzzle tiny... got arrow clue but can't do anything with it yet

Must zoom in on arrow clue before it will work

Giving up since I'm alone. Stuck with a flashlight and two batteries which apparently isn't enough to make it work and one number puzzle that doesn't move.

watched the WT: i did the puzzle correctly, but the knife did not appear in my game, so i could not finnish. misfunction in a puzzle leads automatically to a rating of 1 star!
