Combine switch on left side with hint on front to unlock the right side.

Can't work out bottom one? I think it has something to do with the boxes with thin and thick borders plus the barcode? but then again I might be totally wrong? Tried a few combinations but zilch?

For the bottom was the straight hint on the right side (four arrows), it worked for me. Replayed and tried barcode for the bottom, it did not work, don't know, how you did that.

I could solve bottom puzzle as per hint on right side only after taking ice cream
