phone sim card not inserted

You need to open the 3 letter drawer - that will get you something you need.

tried also first to put in the whole card without taking out the SIM-card & then the SIM-card without the holder from drawer

WALKTHROUGH

The word on the middle car is important.

The position of the three cars : up up right.
This opens a drawer for .. sigh, my english fails me here : a tool for electricity, lol.
Attach it to the wire, put it in the socket = tHEATer in colours.
Use the colours to open the middle car = blower.

Use blower on the leaves = car-key + order of squares. Open the right car and open the dashboard with the squares = cable.
Take the mobile.

Back to the socket. Take out the wire, put in the cable, attach the mobile.
Walk around, come back, take the mobile.
Note the number of leaves, and follow the arrow.
This number opens the other code inside the car = simcard.

Back to the door, three letters remain, this opens the bottom drawer = holder for simcard.
About item mobile, click right side, put in the holder, put in the simcard and call mama.

Walk around and look, mama appears with the tickets! YAY, go in.
