have all the puzzle pieces but where do they go??

Fun, as always. Only thing I'll say is that the answer to the'Dingbats' type puzzle isn't a well known phrase. Or a phrase anyone has ever used, ever.

I know that we can easily bf the solution, but it's the how where I'm interested in

For the number circle, just add the corresponding "pie pieces". You'll get the same number for each set.

The number circle - add the four numbers in the two directly-facing pie pieces. (11+9+6+4, 5+6+12+7 etc)
