stuck in second set of scenes with a blue/white pill.
In first set of scenes flower is used on box far left under table
got it totally missed the hammer on the carpet.
use hammer on statue second set of scenes.

Done all I can find to do in 3rd set of scenes. no idea for 5+5+5+1 = 551 hint.
Don't understand the mustache puzzle. Missing two canes, and what to do with the red/white pill?
Jenny, the cylinder came from a kitchen cabinet.
Ginner, there are 2 mustache puzzles. For the red and white button one, just highlight the white buttons.

Out. The 5 5 5 1 still makes no sense but I changed the last + in first line and it opened for last pill bottle.

tms and mystery - there's a puzzle later in the game with letters that clue refers to. The -2 in the clue means think of 2 letters before the ones shown.

Just worked it out! It is the number of connections to the letters! A has 4 connections...
